Ocelots are shy nocturnal felines from Central and South America. Once hunted for their coats, ocelot numbers have partially recovered thanks to federal and international protections. Today, their biggest threat is habitat loss as more rainforest is cut down. Wildlife World has raised many generations of ocelots including our newest male on display now at the Wildlife World Baby Animal Nursery.

ARTS!MEET CHUY! Comedians of Chelsea Lately Sat., June 19th
The comedians of the Chelsea Lately Show starring Whitney Cummings, Jo Koy, Josh Wolf and special guest Chuy make their way to the intimate Celebrity Theatre at 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 19th. Meet Chuy Brava after the show! Chuy has settled into what he hopes is a lifelong position as the assistant to one of cable TV’s fastest-rising stars, Chelsea Handler. In his spare time, Chuy moonlights as an actor and can be seen in “The Rundown” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.” His book Little Nuggets of Wisdom: Big Advice from the Small Star of Chelsea Lately is available in paperback. Patrons will have the chance to meet Chuy after the show! Stand-up comic and actress Whitney Cummings’ fi rst job in L.A. was on MTV’s “Punk’d.” She has hosted the “Sundance Film Festival Dailies,”
“Festival Dailies” and written for “Last Call with Carson Daly.” As an actress, Cummings has guest-starred in the fi lms “Half & Half,” “What About Brian” and “Tell Me You Love Me.” Jo Koy has been hailed as a “comic for the people” - just “Don’t Make Him Angry,” his latest special on Comedy Central. The Filipino-American has also appeared in two seasons of “Showtime at the Apollo” and “Comic View,” and the “Tonight Show With Jay Leno,” where he received the coveted standing ovation. Josh Wolf went from stand-up comedy to writing for such sitcoms as “Yes Dear,” Will Smith’s “All Of Us” and “Cuts.” Once a comedian, always a comedian, Wolf returned to stand up comedy and was cast in “Last Comic Standing.” Since then, he has had performing roles on “All of Us,” and a returning role on “My Name is Earl.” Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets ($35 and $45) are still available at Celebrity Theatre or online at www.celebritytheatre.com. Liam Neeson later this month will sit down with writer/producer Luc Besson to hash out the plot details for a sequel to last year’s surprise blockbuster revenge-thriller “Taken,” courtesy of Twentieth Century Fox.
A follow-up to Martin Scorsese’s Oscar-winning crime-thriller “The Departed” in which Robert De Niro has been asked to portray a corrupt State House politician is in develop-ment over at Warner Bros. Pictures.
James Cameron protégé Steven Quale has been hired to direct a fifth install-ment of New Line Cinema’s “Final Destination” franchise which will kick off on a suspension bridge and include a laser eye surgery scene.
Joseph J. Airdo’s movie reviews and articles are available at Examiner.com/Phoenix in the Arts & Entertain-ment section.
Generation grows up with ‘Toy Story’ franchiseBy Joseph J. Airdo I was 12 years old when Walt Disney Pictures premiered the first-ever feature-length computer-animated motion picture.
“Toy Story,” released November 22, 1995, was a product of Pixar, an ani-
mation studio that had, up until that time, only dabbled in shorts – some of which went on to win Academy Awards. As an aspiring film critic, I was very familiar with Pixar’s early work and mesmerized upon seeing Woody the cowboy, Buzz Lightyear and all of their plaything pals prance around the big screen. Fifteen years, countless collectibles and a gig as Woody on my high school honors club’s float in Phoenix’s Fiesta of Light Parade later, I get to reach back into my childhood and re-experi-ence the magic with “Toy Story 3.”This belated follow-up holds a special meaning to members of my gen-eration, who, like Woody and Buzz’s owner Andy, have grown from chil-dren to adults during the time-span of this franchise.Read more about Joseph J. Airdo’s nostalgic “Toy Story” memo-ries at Examiner.com/Phoenix in the Arts & Entertainment section.

Survival of the Dead
By Randy Montgomery
Horror maven George A. Romero is at the point in his career similar to that of a once popular singer passed their heyday performing in a nearly empty bar. His latest flick Survival of the Dead was not given a full wide theat-rical release by its distributor. Instead it is playing select art theatre venues and is being offered through video on demand services. It’s kind of sad see-ing as how Night of the Living Dead (1968), Dawn of the Dead (1978) and follow up films have gone down in history as zombie classics and spurred a slew of similar films.
In Survival of the Dead, two feuding families near the coast of Delaware; the O’Flynns and the Muldoons are in a battle over what to do with zombies. On one side, there is the belief to keep them sedated enough to hopefully one day find a cure, the other belief; kill them all.
Survival of the Dead takes us to a point in time where zombies rule and humans are nearly extinct. It is not a bad horror/zombie film, but it surely isn’t Romero’s best, which should prompt him to think about not creat-ing yet another sequel.
Hop in a Lowrider and Take a Cruise Through ‘La Mis-sion’ with Benjamin Bratt
By Randy Montgomery
Writer/Director Peter Bratt introduc-es audiences to the Mission District of San Francisco in the new film, ‘La Mission’. The district is known for being prominently Latino and rich in native culture and heritage. Peter’s brother Benjamin Bratt plays the lead character Che, a staple in the neighborhood who has lived in his home for decades and has no plan of leaving, despite gentrification.
Che lives with his son Jes (Jeremy Ray Valdez), a good kid who is on the honor roll. Che was once the type of person that would solve problems with violence and alcohol. He is more mild mannered now and has been sober for some time. A city bus driver, Che spends his free time hanging with his buddies, working on and restoring classic cars turning them into lowriders. His world is turned upside down when he learns that his much adored son is gay and is dating a wealthy white kid from outside the neighborhood.
Benjamin Bratt says, “Che was used to using force and violence to get through life. This conflict (with his son) is one that he could not fight or punch his way through. He has to find another way to deal with the situation. This forces him on an intro-

TRY THE THAIGER
By Chef Rachel Albert
Looking for a new Thai place to try? Check out Wild Thaiger located at 2631 N Central Ave., in downtown Phoenix (1 1/2 blocks South of
Thomas Road on the east side of Central Ave., just north of Durant’s Restaurant) with parking in the back.
The atmosphere and décor are casual, cozy, clean, elegant, and modern. The food is fresh, fl avorful, and authentic. Service is good (expect a longer wait time Monday through Friday during the lunch rush) and the prices are reasonable. Dine indoors at booths, tables, or the bar or sit at tables or cozy couches on the covered patio.
If you eat pork, try the Thaiger ribs––
lean and tender marinated Thai style ribs with a piquant mildly hot green chili sauce (picture a thin salsa) sauce served over a colorful assortment of crisp-tender vegetables. If you into chicken, try Peanut Passion–– tender marinated chicken, grilled to perfection and served with sticky white rice, lightly steamed seasonal vegetables slathered in a thick and cramy peanut sauce. Vegetarian? Try Kiewan Curry with tofu, eggplant, green beans, onions, and peppers in a thick and creamy green curry sauce with bamboo shoots, served with Jasmine rice. You’ll fi nd plenty of other great dishes to choose from.
If you have food allergies or intolerances (wheat, gluten, etc), your best bet is to go during non peak times or call during the off hours to get your questions answered and to fi nd out which dishes to order to suit your needs. For directions and more info visit www.wildthaiger.com or call 602-241-8995

You have to start somewhere, right? Well let me tell you about my experience in changing my diet. That’s right, I haven’t always been a clean eater (and I don’t mean washing before meals - more on that some other time). I once did eat meals on the run, processed and very unnatural types of foods. Never gave it much thought.
But I did see the light and began eating lots of fruits, veggies and cut-out the fast-food joints. I don’t drink any “soft drinks” (they aren’t soft and certainly not good for you) and make an effort to buy organic whenever I can. This includes meats, vegetables, milk and juices.
So what happened to me? I crave fruits now, and eat salads anytime I can and usually go back for seconds, and thirds. I crave the GOOD food because that is what I am now used to putting into my body. So you have to start somewhere and soon you will too will crave the good stuff. Food that is. - MO

Here’s a great idea. Strap 14 Songbirds to your legs, fly from Vietnam to L.A. (which takes 14 hours by the way) and see if anyone notices. Brilliant! No doubt about it. The doo-doo makes a Dodo out of Dong! Kudos to the ever-vigilant airport security who suspected “fowl” play once the ambulatory Dong left a trail of birdie poop and feathers (always a dead giveaway in these capers). As usual, we have questions: Like, if you don’t hear a chirp out of 14 Asian songbirds in a 14 hour flight, what good are they? How could 14 songbirds remain silent while strapped to the sweaty Vietnamese “Dong” for 14 hours? …It’s beyond us. No doubt their travel accommodations probably didn’t motivate them to burst into a hit parade of Asian travel tunes, but at least one of them should have peeped instead of pooped. However justice has prevailed and this Bird-brain of Alcatraz is now locked up costing all the taxpayers of Los Angeles probably more money than the street value of 14 silent songbirds.
14 Birds + 2 legs = 4 months in prisonI know what men want. Men want to be really, really close to someone who will leave them alone. Elayne Boosler

Modern pizza was born in 1889 when Queen Mar-gherita Teresa Giovanni, the consort of Umberto I, king of Italy, visited Naples. Don Raf-faele Esposito, who owned a tavern-like place called Pietro Il Pizzaiolo, was asked to prepare a special dish in honor of the Queen's visit. Esposito developed a pizza featuring tomatoes, mozzarella cheese (a never before used ingredient made from the milk of water buffalo) and basil - ingredients bearing the colors red, white and green for the Italian fl ag. He named it the Margherita Pizza, after the guest of honor. Thus, the modern-day tomato-and-cheese pizza was born. (Source: Smithsonian and PIZZA TODAY)

When you walk into Stogie Cutter Cigar & Craft Beer Lounge, you immediately think of a great neighborhood pub. There is a nice, friendly bar, taps fl owing with nothing but craft beer, inviting couches and some standard tables. The walls are decorated with various pictures and beer merchandise. Finally, you notice it sitting in the back past the bar…it’s the humidor. A closer look around reveals that this isn’t just the local bar, it’s a cigar bar like none you have seen before. Forget about the private club in the back, forget about the special reserved tables, this place is for everybody, which is exactly how owner, Richard Picco wants it. “I want a homey place, I don’t stock every cigar, I don’t carry every beer; I’m just a small guy trying to run a good business,” says Richard in response to a question about his bar. In fact, a quick perusal of the humidor shows that Richard carries a large number of unusual, boutique cigars.
He seems to have hit his mark, several people drift in and out over the course of the afternoon. Most, if not all, are regulars and Richard bounces back and forth between tending to business and participating in this interview. No worries however because the fi ne selection of craft beer and cigars keeps everybody happy while waiting for Richard to fi nish up with whatever he is doing. The relaxed, casual atmosphere makes this a comfortable place to enjoy a beer or a cigar or both. It is most likely just this that makes the bar, located on the northeast corner of Cooper and Guadalupe in Gilbert, attractive to all folks. Picco has a sizable contingent of lady cigar smokers and craft beer drinkers that frequent the establishment.
Like any other cigar lounge owner, Picco has been smoking cigars for years. It was his step father who fi rst introduced him to the pleasures of a fi ne cigar, and it is his step father who partnered with him in opening the
shop. And while most cigar bars offer fi ne cognacs, scotches and wines, Stogie Cutter focuses on outstanding beer. In addition to two taps from local favorite, San Tan Brewery, there is Hop 15 from Port Brewing and Ten Commandments from The Lost Abbey. There is Papago Orange Blossom and several other draft beers as well as a wide variety of bottles, including several from Big
Sky Brewing in Montana. Tucked up on the shelf you will fi nd a bottle of Sonoran 200, a 19.37 percent ABV beer.
“I want a homey place, I don’t stock every cigar, I don’t carry every beer; I’m just a
small guy trying to run a good business,”- Richard Picco, Stogie Cutter Owner

EThe traditional
match for a good cigar is often a strong spirit - perhaps the subtle sweetness of an aged rum or brandy, or the heady, smoky nose of a fi ne single malt Scotch or whiskey. All of these make fi ne partners to a cigar. So what made Richard decide to focus on craft beer as a companion to the cigars he sells? Certainly it ties in with his pub feel, and it turns out, he likes good beer. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t know what beer to pair with your cigar. Richard is quick to put together some tantalizing pairings. For instance, he offers a fl avored cigar named CAO Moon Trance Vanilla for which he offers the Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat as a match. How about the peppery Hammer and Sickle? No problem, SKA Decadent IPA fi lls the bill. For the Gurkha Status – Ten

Commandments on draft served in its own Lost Abbey glass to maximize the experience. Switch it up and tell him what beer you are drinking and he will fi nd the right cigar for you. With the Alaskan Barley Wine, he immediately suggests a relatively new cigar, the Esteban Carreras 187. Since many of us that are getting in
to cigars are trying light to medium body cigars, there are a couple of really good beers to pair with these transition cigars. Alaskan Amber will pair well with many of the lighter bodied cigars, while Big Sky IPA does great with the medium body cigars.
Stogie Cutter is by no means the only great cigar bar in the Valley. Magnums, on Seventh Street and Union Hills in North Phoenix also
offers a wide variety of cigars and great beer, while also featuring the cognacs and scotches that are commonplace at most cigar bars throughout the country. Back down in Chandler (3305 W. Chandler Boulevard), Richard’s good friend runs Cubanos Cigar Lounge. Although they don’t have a liquor license, members of their private club are allowed to bring their own adult beverage to enjoy. Likewise members of the club at Mojito (4705 E. Carefree Highway, Cave Creek) can enjoy a beverage of their own choosing in the private back room. There are numerous other cigar lounges that will allow you to enjoy a beer with your cigar in their private room. In fact, the PUFF section of AZ Weekly has a comprehensive list. Check with the lounge fi rst to see what their rules are.
Despite Arizona’s smoking ban, there are several bars with good beer that have cigar friendly patios, as well as somebody that can help you choose the right beer for your cigar. Buffalo Wing and Rings (1760 W. Chandler Boulevard, Chandler) has a large patio, a great beer selection and can help you put together the right combination of beer and cigar. Brix Wine Spot (7100 E. Cave Creek Road in the Stagecoach Village, Cave Creek) has a new selection of craft beer, a patio to smoke cigars on and an owner that knows enough about fl avor to put them together. Another great restaurant with a relatively new beer list is at the Lantana

San Tan Brewery8 San Marcos PlazaChandler
This local microbrewery and restaurant, located in historic downtown Chandler, is cur-rently serving up some of the best beer and food in town! The building was formerly a Valley National Bank and has maintained some of it’s original charm. San Tan’s menu goes beyond the traditional pizza and burgers. They serve a largeselection of salads and
Mexican fare with an outstand-ing choice of appetizers. San Tan brews a full range of their own beers, from the Sun Spot Gold to the Gordo Stout, you will not be disappointed. They even designed their own hand-blown beer glasses. Just make sure to take home a growler or two with you. Although very popular with the locals, San Tan is well worth a trip across town!

Grille (7677 N. 16th Street, Phoenix). Located on the grounds of the Pointe Hilton Resort at Squaw Peak, Lantana Grille has a large patio with wood burning fi re pits, the perfect spot to enjoy a cigar with a nice beer. Just about any place with a patio can be cigar friendly; before going out, call up your favorite establishment to determine their policies for their
patio. You might be surprised at how many will accommodate you.
A great business thrives on appreciating its customers and showing them how special they are. Stogie Cutter believes in showing its appreciation by offering a special evening for craft beer lovers. Saturday, July 10th, they will
pull out all the stops as they offer a variety of great craft beers including SKA, Flying Dog, Sonoran, San Tan, Alaskan Amber, Lost Abbey, Leinenkugel and Big Sky, any of which can be paired with one of their cigars. Stogie Cutter’s liquor license also allows for carry out, so if cigars aren’t your thing, stop in and grab some great beer to take home. For Father’s Day, Richard will work with you to put together a nice selection of craft beer and cigars customized to suit your father’s tastes.
Whether you are a cigar smoker or not, an establishment that believes in great fl avors is a treasure. Stogie Cutter, along with all the other cigar lounges, and cigar-friendly bars in the area provide a great opportunity to match some fl avors and look at a different way of experiencing craft beer. Why not get out this weekend and try a pairing?

Lady JasmineCigar DivaBLOWING SMOKE RINGS, PART IIContinuing where we left off, draw a thick puff of smoke into your mouth and hold it there. Place your tongue on the bottom of your mouth and pull it back slightly to block your throat passage. Open your mouth slowly and form it into the loose, rounded shape of the letter “O.” Be sure to open your mouth and jaw, not just your lips. You can’t make a good smoke ring by puckering up and making a kiss-face or fi sh-face. Curl the tip of your tongue down, and pull your tongue all the way back and push the smoke out of your mouth with your tongue. Use your tongue in a gentle, piston type motion: short bursts, with a slight recoil. The biggest factor in blowing good smoke rings is practice. But that’s half the fun!

A Look at the Goals that Sent the USA to the
World Cup
The FIFA World Cup qualifying process adheres strictly to the old adage “It’s a marathon, not a sprint.” The path to the World Cup is a slog that encompasses multiple years, a plethora of games and dozens of players; it is very much a group effort. At the same time, an individual moment of brilliance can often be the catalyst for a team’s progression to the World Cup finals. On Oct. 10 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Landon Donovan became the seventh player to score the goal that clinched a FIFA World Cup berth for the U.S. Men’s National Team. Here’s a quick look at the goals, and the men that scored them.
1934 – Aldo ‘Buff’ Donelli A record four-goal performance by Donelli in a 4-2 win vs. Mexico on May 24, 1934, in Rome qualified the U.S. for the World Cup, which began for the U.S. three days later. Donelli scored the only U.S. goal of Italy ’34 in the USA’s only game, a 7-1 loss in the opener. Later, Donelli briefly played and coached in the NFL, and was a long time college football coach. 1950 -- Pete Matevich Two goals by Matevich, the third and fourth of the game for the U.S. in a 5-2 win against Cuba, were enough to take second place in the North American Football Confederation Championship and a spot in Brazil ’50. Despite the effort, he wasn’t included on the World Cup team. 1990 – Paul Caligiuri The ‘Shot Heard Round the World’ for the U.S. team, Caligiuri’s dipping shot from 30 yards put the U.S. in the FIFA World Cup for the first time in 40 years. Like Donelli, he would

also score in the World Cup opener for the U.S. in Italy, a 5-1 loss to Czechoslovakia. 1998 – Claudio Reyna Just five minutes into a Nov. 9, 1997, qualifier in Burnaby, British Columbia, Reyna took a pass from Roy Wegerle on a breakaway and slotted it home from nine yards out. The goal was the first in a clinching 3-0 victory versus Canada on the ninth match day of the Final Round. Reyna went on to start all three games in France ’98, and has started all but one game for the U.S. in the last three Cups. 2002 – Joe-Max Moore On Oct. 7, 2001 in a pivotal Matchday 9, the U.S. was coming off three consecutive losses and faced a must-win game. Moore scored in the fourth minute on a header, but Jamaica tied the score 10 minutes later. In the 81st minute, Moore converted a penalty drawn by Landon Donovan to get the U.S. a 2-1 win. Moore appeared as a sub in two games during the USA’s successful quarterfinal run in Korea. 2006 – Steve Ralston On the seventh matchday of the Final Round before Germany ’06, the U.S. faced Mexico at home on Sept. 3, 2005 in Columbus, Ohio. After a scoreless first half, Eddie Lewis curled a free kick that Oguchi Onyewu headed off the post – and Ralston was there to tap in the rebound for the game winner in yet another 2-0 victory against the arch rivals. Ralston played in eight qualifiers in 2005, but, hampered by injuries, was left off the squad for Germany. 2010 – Landon Donovan The U.S. traveled to Honduras for Matchday 9 of the final round of CONCACAF qualifying, and with Costa Rica trouncing Trinidad & Tobago at home, the U.S. team knew by halftime that only a win in San Pedro Sula would be good enough to book a ticket to South Africa. Donovan scored the winner directly on a free kick in the 72nd minute of the 3-2 victory, with two goals from Conor Casey, his first for the national team, helping the U.S. to a win and a place at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

It’s fi nally the weekend! For all of us stuck in the offi ce, this is a reminder to not waste time in front of the tv. After all, that band you have started needs to fi nish at least one song. Keep at your goals people!
Comedians of Chelsea Lately Tour Sat June 19th One of the things that made Chelsea Lately such a big hit is her constant circulation of round table comedians. Audience favorites turned into show regulars. And what do you know, now there’s a tour. Next stop on the list? Phoe-nix’s own Celebrity Theater. Let’s see whose coming... Josh Wolf left Seattle for the Hollywood hills and became one of the few for which this turned out to be a good idea. Go fi gure. From Last Comic Standing, to writing for tv shows and acting in My Name is Earl, Josh has built himself a nice little resume. Jo Koy got his big break after a standing ovation on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Then came the tours and his own Comedy Central Special in 2009. Whitney Cummings accessed the spotlight through MTV’s PUNK’D and went on to write for Last Call with Carson Daly, the Comedy Central Roasts and guest star in movies and tv shows. Feeling a bit under accomplished yet? I know I sure am. Finally there is Chuy, Chelsea’s lucky lucky sidekick who, according to IMBD, once ran for Mayor of El Paso, Texas. Now that’s stand-up material.Tickets are$35-$45 show goes from 8pm-11pm www.celebrity-theatre.com

GRATEFUL DEAD NIGHT RETURNS TO THE VALLEY
Deadhead Cover Band to Rock the Stage Every Thursday Night at 910 Live
XTRA TICKET, the longest playing Arizona based Grateful Dead band will return to weekly shows on Thursday nights at the club 910 Live at 910 N. McClintock Tempe, AZ. Every Thursday, Xtra Ticket will play sets of Grateful Dead & Jerry Garcia Band material starting at 9:10 p.m.
In 1994, the band Xtra Ticket established “Grateful Thursdays” at Boston’s performing a weekly concert until the club closed in 2002. Each week as the band played, local vendors, fans and Grateful Dead enthusiast, also known as “Deadheads,” came to create a unique music based community. Recently
910 Live revived the previously defunct location of Boston’s. On Thursday nights, Xtra Ticket fans will experience the same Deadhead friendly atmosphere with the added benefit of a state of the art sound system and lights, as well as upgraded facilities of 910 Live. Visit www.xtraticket.com as well as www.910liveaz.com for more information.

BRIAN MCKNIGHT AT WILD HORSE PASS HOTEL AND CASINO
August 22nd, 2010
Brian McKnight’s 11th album, Evolution of a Man, is aptly titled for a singer-songwriter who has seen his career evolve to incredible heights. McKnight’s singing career has been nothing short of a smashing success. He has recorded 11 albums with 7 achieving platinum status, a feat which may have led to complacency in some, but not in Brian McKnight. In addition to selling millions of albums worldwide McKnight has competed on “Celebrity Apprentice,” starred in “Chicago” on Broadway, scored a Tyler Perry film, hosted two radio shows and launched a late night television talk show. His varied resume and hectic schedule make his intimate, piano only performance at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino a unique opportunity for fans to get up close and personal with a legendary musician in his most natural element.
Tickets are $33.00 - $83.00 and can be purchased online at WinGilaRiver.com, by phone at 877.840.0457 or by visiting the Gift Shop at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino. Did you see FOOD INC.? Got you thinking didn’t it?
Times are changing, and this time change is good! Up in Cave Creek, area restaurants are taking the lead and with the support from customers, suppliers and Foodies everywhere, we are standing up and demanding real food, good food--ethically produced and natural, like the good old days...Big Earl’s Greasy EATS is one of the restaurants leading the change--This hip little “throwback-in-time” gas station turned diner sit’s as it has since the early 1950’s, right in the heart of Downtown Cave Creek, 10 minutes North of Desert Ridge/101. ALL-NATURAL, HORMONE-FREE, fresh and delicious. At Big Earl’s and other independent restaurants like them, owners are putting their money where their mouths and are satisfying the customers’ appetite for food that feeds their bellies and their conscience. Nieman Ranch and other smaller suppliers provide Farm Fresh Beef and All-Natural Chicken with a taste so much more pleasing than the highly processed foods of yesterday..... so have your burger, add a plate of crunchy sweet-potato fries and a malt (and kiss your diet good-bye). Or opt for a cool, crisp salad and a fresh strawberry smoothie and skip the guilt. Vegetarian options include the Black Bean Burger, Garden Burger and a variety of salads. What: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner...(plus malts, milkshakes, espresso and more). Where: 6135 E. Cave Creek Rd., Cave Creek, AZ When: 7am-8pm Sun-Thurs--7am-9pm Friday and Saturday. Start your Cave Creek Experience at Big Earl’s Greasy EATS...then check out LIVE BULL RIDING at Buffalo Chip, LIVE MUSIC at Cartwrights, C-4, Harolds, Comedy Night at Cody’s...there is something going on every night of the week. Take a quick drive north and see that “Perfectly Uncivilized” little town that everyone is talking about.
