Definition of Leadership
There are many frameworks and definitions of LEADERSHIPout there. We in Strategic Leadership Training & Consultancy(SLTC) ILSAS, subscribe to the
F – Future, E – Engage, D - Deliver (FED) framework by SteveRadcliffe.
FED in a nutshell is the essence is that leading always starts inthe Future with ideas and thoughts about how you’d likethings to be. Second, you have to Engage people so that theywant to build that Future with you. And then you Deliver thebest from yourself and others to make things happen.
