By 2023, high school graduation rates will increase from 74% to 80%.

Increase 3rd Grade Reading Proficiency This goal statement will be determined during the 2019-2020 school year.

Schools Trusted as Safe PlacesBy 2023, an approval rate of 90% or higher from staff, students and parents will be achieved and maintained in all safety categories.

• Increase the efficiency of system operations

• Improve the turnaround time in all system applications for employees entering the district

Increase Certifications and College CreditBy 2023, the number of graduating seniors who complete a rigorous career pathway or certifications through CTE will increase by 10%, from 897 to 986.

INDICATORS OF SUCCESS • Implement interest, career and college exploration, and future planning opportunities using Xello with secondary students

• Increase the number of students completing Algebra I by the end of grade 9

• Develop partnerships and processes for providing internships, shadowing experiences and apprenticeships
