o ELECTION WEEK APRIL 3-7. APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE MARCH 8, DUE MARCH 24. CAMPAIGN WEEK MARCH 27-31. ELECTIONS OPEN FOR 4 days. Winners announced on 7th at congress.

o Need campaign reform constitutional amendment. Application period needs to be changed to be longer than 5 days

o Huge pr project, Trying to get normal rsu facebook page rather than closed group, exists but don’t have access.

Possibly evaluate facebook group. o SOLR April 22. Approx 9-3. This year’s leadership will organize

• Advisor Hospitality (SEAN) trying to get an advisor hospitality lounge and a meet and greet. Meet with Kristy. • Committee reports

o Statues and bylaws. Need to get fully amended copy to work with. Kevin needs all passed constitutional amendments (he will compile on his own just needs the resolutions/bills).

o OSGA: speakers, speaker has been delegated to Jacob Daniels, possibly former SGA pres Cecily ?? Pamphlets, 125 for 106$ dollars from print shop, designed by Naomi

• Parliamentary procedure next week, Andrew wants to present on OSGA • Campus visits rescheduled, next week. • Food Bank, Naomi talked, foodbank of eastern Oklahoma is not affiliated with the program at all, going to go

through third party like Methodists church to organize. Also double checking with school board or school administration to ensure that program is not already in place. Need to contact induvial schools based on need and difference of area. Ophy contacting Methodist church. Kevin making further inquiries.

Naomi: swings, hammocks, sidewalk to park.

Yaneth: feminine hygiene, physical plant contract is no longer required, student affairs has a lot they want to put out. Talk to custodial staff about that. Talk about a more specific bill, possibly long term.

• Two congress meetings a month? Will reps agree? The new constitution should be more flexible. And there is the possibility for posting leg online, need to decide for new school year, get bodies tentative approval and write it, or leave it for next years EC.

Josh Marsh. Getting children’s playground area unfenced and paved for ease of movement between buildings: dorms separate from building. Completed slight formatting:

• 2nd, Nature preserve trails are dangerous and unmarked and unpaved: suggests marking with surveyors tape in corresponding colors, getting everything marked.

bureaucratic paperwork for citizenship. 3rd year, 1195.88$ 8 days. They cover insurance and other overages. Passed to body.

o NASA: 2,250$ graduation and honor powwow for native students. Open to public. Money for dancers, supplemented with fundraisers for their own events. Passed to body.

o CCPSA: Relaunch and renaming event. Moved to include sociology. Want inflatables, 320$. Passed to body.
