In this week’s studio we predominantly focused on presenting our Interim Submissions for A02.

This presentation has been included with this journal.

Following this we continued to analyse the plans for each of our assigned buildings. It was found that by looking

at the various structural plans of the Eastern Resource Centre, which is our group’s focus, that much of the link

between the ERC and the Doug McDonnell building utilizes the outer walls of each building as its own supports.

This would not only use less materials in the long run, but would also be much more cost effective for the overall

structure and its construction.
