Be sure to include the registered trademark symbol (®) after the statement.

When using the vision statement in writing, make sure that the Helvetica or Arial font is italicized, as well as every word is capitalized except for the articles.

TaglinesBNI® has two brand-approved taglines for use in messaging and documentation.

Be sure to include the registered trademark symbol (®) after either tagline.

The BNI® LogoThe BNI logo must have 20% clear space on all four sides. This is approximately equal to the measure of the height of the bottom three lines of the logo, as pictured below.

No text attributes or other graphical attributes can be added inside of the clear space around the logo. This includes chapter names, region names and websites. Text attributes are permitted outside of the clear space, as dictated by the design of the asset.

Proper Logo UsageDo use the BNI® logo on your marketing materials.

Do use the BNI® Pantone 7421 logo whenever possible.

Do use the black - positive logo on black and white print materials only.

Do use the white - reversed logo on dark or black backgrounds.

Graphic ElementsThere are two supporting graphic elements that can be used to complement the BNI® brand. These elements are not part of the logo but additional components you may utilize in your marketing efforts.

Each has its own color and style that aligns with BNI® branding. Please do not deviate, distort or alter these elements from their forms stated here and the subsequent pages.

This header element is used in a variety of templates available to you, including PowerPoint Presentations, Letterhead, Email and Business Cards.

The Lined Header should not be altered, distorted, nor the color changed from the complementary Pantone 3c or inversed with white.

Graphic ElementsGlobal Map Graphic

To project a cohesive brand image, standard graphic elements should be used consistently around the world. These elements should not be changed from region to region.

Therefore, there will be one standard global map graphic element that can be used as desired. Note that there are two versions of this element: one that is simply the continents of the map, and one that also includes the common BNI® slogan, “Local Business – Global Network®”.

Older versions that contain different shading of continents or text with the regions listed (americas · europe · africa · asia · australasia) should no longer be used moving forward. Existing materials that contain the previous global map element can be used until inventories are depleted, but the materials should be updated with the correct global map element before reprinting.

FontsThe official font of BNI® is Helvetica Neue.

Due to this typeface no longer being a standard internationally and in Microsoft Office, the font Arial may be used as substitute.

The official fonts should be used in all marketing materials, presentations, digital and print collateral, trainings and correspondence.

Ideal typeset for headings are Helvetica Neue Bold or Arial Bold.

TemplatesBranded templates are available for download and use in the BNI Connect Resource Center. To access, please visit BNIConnectGlobal.com, log in, and select the (?) icon in the top right corner.

Most templates allow for basic localization. When editing these elements, please do not deviate from the previously described brand guidelines.
