The Sukuk, its contracts and processes have been certied by CBNs’ Financial
Regulation Advisory Council of Experts (FRACE).
The Mudarabah (investment partnership) and Wakala (investment agency) have
also been approved by TBA Advisory Committee of Experts (ACE). The distinguished

Sheikh Abubakar Muhammad Musa - is an AAOIFI Certied Shariah Advisor and
Auditor with years of experience. He has been involved in product development,
Shariah research and approval of Islamic banking products for different clients. His
work covers retail banking, corporate banking and project nance deals.
Dr. Lateef Onireti Ibraheem - is an Associate Professor in Arabic and formerly Ag. HOD,
Department of Arabic, University of Ilorin. He has vast knowledge of Arabic, Islamic
Studies and Jurisprudent. He has written and publish several papers in Arabic
literature and Islamic jurisprudence.
Dr. Abdul Hakeem Abdul Lateef - is a senior legal practitioner with over 28 years post
call experience. He was a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Adviser
and Commissioner to the Lagos State Government at different times. He is also an
Islamic scholar involved in teaching Arabic & Islamic Jurisprudence
