Job Profile Planning including Client/Vendor coordination

o Coordinating with client for planning, interface issues, billing concerns, general concerns, and setting up timeline and action plan for mitigating all issues

o Coordinating with civil and structural vendor for planning and addressing several techno-commercial issues.

Contracts and Billingo Coordination with client and vendor for all contractual matters o Drafting all contractual correspondences to client in line with the

contractual stipulations for all techno-commercial and contractual issues

o To raise monthly bill to client for civil and structural works contract of 175 Cr. within overall contract of 6897 Cr.

MIS and database management

o Preparing MIS i.e engineering, procurement and construction progress report for civil and structural works inclusive of all techno commercial issues on monthly basis for management review and project appraisal

o Ensuring database management of construction drawing in Tbits software system

Engineering coordination/managemento Scrutinizing technical documents of client for its construction

applicability/suitability and incorporation for technical deviation if required post award of contract

o Checking incorporation of all technical inputs/comments from client engineering consultant (DCPL) for release of drawing to construction agency for construction

o Coordinating with engineering consultant of L&T (L&T S&L) for expediting release of construction drawing
