The following article is intended for academic and edu-

cational use worldwide and may be broadly distributedas long as the authors are acknowledged and credited.

The purpose of this special edition of theMontauk Pulsenewsletter (see back page for explanation and context of

this publication) is to give a simplistic overview of the

mechanics of time control technology and to demonstrate

that the proposition of time travel does not violate the basic

laws of physics and mathematics; and further, that these

    laws support the idea.

As this is written, time control technology has been

developed with varying degrees of success by different

governments on the planet, and it, along with censorship oftechnology in general, is a prime defensive and offensive

imperative with regard to the survival of nations. It is in

the interest of the general public to learn and understand

the undeniable plausibility and potential of this technology

in order to advocate full disclosure and minimize abuse of

    this technology.

What is written here is based upon decades of research

and breakthroughs by Dr. David Anderson who has pat-

ented a time reactor that literally manipulates time itself.

In order to understand how time travel or move-

ment through space-time occurs, imagine yourself in ascience ction story (the holodeck in Star Trek: The Next

Generationbeing one example) where time has stopped

and everything is literally frozen in time. In this sce-

nario, however, is a character who is witnessing it but is

not similarly frozen. In other words, he can move around

and stick his tongue out at the various characters or do

whatever he wants to do. While it is self-evident that this

scenario can be referenced on a graph with various grid

lines and axes (used as the plural of axishere), it is too

unwieldy to render this three-dimensionally; so, for the

sake of simplicity, we will use a 2-D grid to explain how

time control works. Thexaxis above represents time and

theyaxis represents space.* In the frozen scenario above,

all people and objects are virtually still (or moving in-

nitely slow) in regards to space (theyaxis) and time (thex

axis). When time is unfrozen, everything moves along the

verticalxtime axis. As space-time are inextricably woven

together, there is a natural harmony between these two

expressions of experience. Each, however, is a different

aspect that can operate with different ratios of movement

to each other, just like slowing lm down for slow-motion. Dr. Andersons time reactor technology is based upon

either accelerating or decelerating time in a self-contained

eld by stimulating a chemical reagent (which I have

identied as a noble gas) within a eld of lasers contain-

ing extensive sensors and inducing a low-grade rotating

electromagnetic eld.** This self-contained eld is similar

to the electromagnetic bottle effect utilized in the Phila-

delphia Experiment, but it is being done by different and

    safer means.

It is a principle of time control that when you either

accelerate or decelerate an object or person (with a time

reactor), this virtual bottle or bubble is no longer mov-

ing in synchronization with reference to the vertical time

line depicted above. For graphing purposes, the bubble

can be referred to as a particle that is moving away from

or veering off from thexaxis. No matter what dimensions

    x(time)

    y(space)

** The prospect of how time acceleration or deceleration can beachieved was discussed in the Winter 2010 and Summer 2013 issuesof the Pulseas well as the appendix of Transylvanian Moonrise.

*Rendering 3-D circumstances with a 2-D grid is no different than whata surveyor or architect do when they create a blueprint for a house.

In the above diagram, the distance from the center of

the cross (point o) to point a is arbitrarily designated as

one second of time along the time axis. The distance from

point c to point b is identical. As we are not seeking to

expand our paradigm beyond the speed of light, we designate

the distance from the center of the cross point o to point

c (the same distance as point a to point b) as one light

second. As this is referring to the space axis, this is the same

as saying 300,000 kilometers (the distance light will travel in

one second based upon the speed of light). Our diagram now

features a square. Point b represents the time and space itwould taken for a unit of light to move in one second from

the center of the cross or axes. If we draw a line from b

to the center, we have the hypotenuse of a right triangle and

this automatically tells us that the angle of the line is 45

This line represents the actual speed of light. See below.

    (continued on page 3

    (including multiple dimen-

sions) it traverses, it is re-

ferred to as the worldline in

    modern physics. See right.

    If we reference the

veering off of the time axisback to the frozen time sce-

    nario, the character subject

    to time manipulation will

be in a virtual bubble or containment eld that is no longer

moving in synch with the now unfrozen characters moving

along thexaxis in regular time. Additionally, this character

in the bubble is literally moving AWAY from the time axis in

a geometric sense, but it is important to emphasize that the

only reason he can veer off the time axis is because space-

time is being bent; and more specically, the space-time that

he is occupying. This is representative of the Doppler Effect

(or Doppler shift) which refers to the change in frequency of

a wave (or other periodic event) for an observer moving rela-

tive to its source. It is important to highlight the statement

there is a difference in frequency with regard to an object/

person in a time acceleration bubble. Just as a train appears

to be louder when it comes closer to an observer, so is there

an observable difference when something veers off of the

time line. Eventually, this results in an observable invisibility

of the person/object in the bubble. This is also what would

happen to a character in the previous sci- scenario subject

to time acceleration. He would be invisible.

The Doppler Effect in the above scenario is created bythe time reactor which is facilitating a curvature or literal

bending of space-time. The curvature of the time-warp

eld or time bubble is the focal point of the boundary layer

between elds. [NOTE: It was the lack of control of such

a boundary layer which compromised the sailors involved

    in the Philadelphia Experiment].

In summary, an object subject to time acceleration will

veer off of the time line to the point where it will disap-

pear. There is, however, another factor involved and that

is the prospect that you can also cause something to veer

off by reason of time deceleration. This can cause the tra-

jectory of the object to wiggle back and forth to and fromthe time (x) axis (see right).

The act(s) of going back and

    forth with either acceleration

    or deceleration is changing

    the relationship between the

    worldline experience of the

    object; and, in particular, its

    continuing relationship to the

    time axis.

    x(time)

    y(space)

We will now take all of this one step further by introduc

ing the concept of a light cone. If you look up the standard

physics denition of a light cone, you are likely to become

very confused if only because what is presented is not pre

sented in a simple fashion. They do not do a good job o

explaining it to laymen, and if they were not confused about i

themselves, they would already have brought this technology

into the world. To make this as simple as possible, and togive you a more subjective understanding of how time and

time control work, let us revisit our space-time axis again.

We have not chosen to entertain scenarios that exceed the

speed of light. Therefore, if we are positioned at the center

of the axes or cross, we cannot veer off the time axis more

than 45 on either side. This is the basis for conceiving of

what is called a light cone. See the following diagram.

Note that if you place yourself at the original center

point of where the axes (axesis the plural of axis) stand or

stood, you have a light cone in front of you (representing

the future) and another behind you (representing the past).

To be more accurate, this two-dimensional format can be

extrapolated into three dimensions where what appear as

light vectors in the 2-D illustration above would manifest

as funnels or cones of light in 3-D. If we start at the center

and move upward (as far as the diagrams are concerned), we

can never move more than 45 away from the vertical time

axis providing we do not exceed the speed of light. Under

such conditions, this means that all worldlines (experience

of particles) can never leave the bounds of the light cone.

Keep in mind, however, that this is a purely mathematical

framework and what we know as the past or history is simply

a reverse direction. It also means, however, that movement

into the past cannot exceed the speed of light. See below.

(continued from page 2)Light Cones... In the scenario where surpassing light speed is not allowed, one cannot move out of the 45 restriction within the

realm of the light cone(s). There is, however, at least one

principle which makes this a moot point and enables time

travel to occur at sub-light speed. This has to do with the

scientic principle that space-time is curved. You migh

have heard of Einsteins precept that if you travelled long

enough in a straight line that you would eventually returnto the point of origin. This is no different than the concep

of an ourobourus, a snake eating its tail. This curvature of

space-time, however, has other implications. If you look a

the previous diagrams and visualize a particle veering off the

time axis, it will never be able to cross the 45 angle. BUT

if you can tip the light cone itself from its original path (this

is in addition to any trajectory it might be experiencing as a

result of independent time acceleration/deceleration) through

gravitational*(or some other) force exerted upon it, this wil

manifest as a series of light cones. If the light cones are tilted

sufciently and on a continuing basis, it is readily observable

that their path can return to a point in the past.

    (continued on page 4)

    format

In the above diagram, the very center is designated as

Here-Now. The inside of the upper cone is designated as

the future of Here-Now which includes all possible futures

within the speed of light reference frame. The bottom cone

includes the entirety of the past of Here-Now.

It is very important to grasp the idea that every point in

space-time is represented as having its own light cone and

that includes different potentialities every step of the way.

We are breaking down reality in this way to what might be

conceived of as digital space wherein virtually every spot

in space is like a pixel on a video screen and each with its

    own set of light cones.

*The prospect that gravity can actually bend space-time was a part ofEinsteins General Theory of Relativity that was actually demonstratedto be true and is accepted as a scientic fact.

This circular path of light cones, by the way, are what

is known as a Closed Timelike Curve, a conceptual theory

introduced by Kurt Gdel in the 1940s. This is somewha

of a catch word that people bandy about and do not truly

understand. While it is a wormhole-like pathway to the

past at sub-light speed, the model above, as it stands, does

not really allow for time travel to the past that is prior to the

original formation of the curved space-time. This objective

Light Cones... (continued from page 3)however, can be achieved by bending the time axis exces-

sively so that the worldline of the light cones is emulating

an ouroboros to the point where the snake is moving to

a point that is beneath the space axis or, more specically,

where the space axis once was. If you look at the illustra-

tion below which begins with the original space-time axis,I have turned it 45 and then did this repeatedly (for a total

of ve times inclusive) in order to demonstrate that bending

space-time in such a manner allows for the worldline (rep-

resented by the continuous outer line below) to turn back to

a point that is earlier than the point below designated as the

original space-time axis. This is travelling into the past

    worldline (continuous)

and to a past that is previous to the original point where the

path of our light cones began. Depending upon the manner

in which these bends of space-time have been engineered,

it could take one to the ancient past.

In the scenario laid out above, we have an object (within

a eld) that is subjected to time acceleration (represented by

the continuous worldline) that is additionally or simultane-ously being subjected to a continuous series of events where

time is being bent. This can described as a Closed Timelike

    Curve within or subjected to another Closed Timelike Curve;

and it is by this procedure that one can travel to a point prior

to when your time machine was created. This is bending

time within time that is already being bent.

What I have laid out above is pure theory; and while

it is a sound theory, it is meaningless unless it can actually

be engineered into reality. The rst clue that conventional

physics (outside of secret projects such as the Philadelphia

Experiment) had that this might be possible was in 1974

when Dr. Frank Tipler offered a theoretical system by which

light cones could be tipped. His theory included the prospec

that a piece of matter ten times the mass of the sun could be

compressed into a long and thin super-dense cylinder and

rotated at a speed at least half light speed. The distortion

in space-time would create gravity through the principle ofcentrifugal force and thereby tip the light clones. This mode

was admired by physicists as it does not violate science. I

also creates closed timelike curves and allows for all sorts

of travel between points in the past and the future. While

Tiplers model holds up to scientic theory, it is neither

pragmatic nor feasible. David has taken an approach tha

does not require the impractical logistical requirements of

    Tiplers model.

While it is a given that gravity is indeed a scientically

recognized means of bending space-time, I have taken notice

that the word gravitydoes not appear in either the patent

or description of the Anderson Time ReactorTM. David has

always stated that gravity is a label we put on something we

do not understand. More relevant is the fact that gravity

is curved space-time in action. In other words, the very

act of curving space-time is a senior or causation factor with

regard to gravity. Just as gravity is created by a whirling

cylinder of centrifugal force, so can such a force be created

by curving space-time. As the literal fabric of space-time

is being grabbed or twisted, not unlike a loose sock being

scooped up by the rotating brush of a vacuum cleaner, this

process is referred to as inertial frame dragging (which

also has more complicated explanations attached to it). Bycoupling two different areas of slightly twisted space-time, it

accesses or creates extremely high energy. The discovery of

this phenomena was a remarkable breakthrough and David

has coined a name for this energy: space-time motive force

If one has any doubts about the veracity of this, they can

watch his videos on youTube entitled:

Harvesting Space-Time Motive Force, Part I

    (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-OPgr7eXF0) and

Harvesting Space-Time Motive Force, Part II

This was a remarkable breakthrough of Davids tha

has been unheralded and under appreciated by the world

(although this might be to his own advantage up to this

point). A properly constructed time reactor could supply the

entire world with all the energy it needs (the videos explain

this). The entire process would also be very inexpensive in

comparison to other solutions. Even more spectacular than

this relatively cheap means of energy, however, is the fact

    (continued on page 5)

    5/6

    5

Light Cones......(continued from page 4)that this process of coupling two different areas of twisted

space-time facilitates the creation of dense elds of Closed

Timelike Curves (CTCs). Gravity, as applied in Tiplers

original model, is not necessary. It is the force or space-time

motive force that gets the job done.

All of this gives you a very clear abstract backgroundtheory of how his time reactor works. You can read his

website for a more advanced description, but the purpose

here is to reduce these concepts to the lowest common de-

nominator so that anyone with an understanding of the most

rudimentary knowledge of geometry can understand the

theory. While what he has written should be readily and eas-

ily understood by physicists, some of them have had a hostile

or incredulous response, even stating that if this were all

true, they could do it themselves. This is a rather immature

response to say the least. This sort of engineering requires

considerable access to resources most physicists will never

know. David understood this basic abstract over a quarterof a century ago and has been working on the development

of it ever since in the private sector.

David has reviewed my work herein in preparation for

a podcast he will do with me that will be offered for free

on iTunes and at www.digitalmontauk.com . He was very

pleased and stated that no one has ever before had the pa-

tience to explain light cones and closed timelike curves so

simply and that this article should nd its way into introduc-

tory physics texts in universities. This particular article has

been modied from my subscribers version of theMontauk

Pulsein order to make it more academic-oriented. He also

plans to send me further work along this line.

Recently, I have enjoyed the most lengthy and candid

conversations I have ever had with David. Even so, he has

to hold back as there is a lot he is guarded about talking

about and this includes any adventures into time by himself

or others. He is open to the idea of me visiting one of the

most advanced time control laboratories in the world but

when that might occur is still open to fate and also depends

    upon both of our schedules.

I spent a long time studying for and preparing this article,

and I hope that it has broken open as many doors for you

as it has for me. My original understanding of time camethrough the tutelage of Preston Nichols. In The Montauk

Project, he stated that the data regarding the electromag-

netic bottle effect used in the Philadelphia Experiment was

classied, and he could not talk about it. What he did state

in that book, however, was that time was bent with a very

strong electromagnetic pulse. That is a different approach

but would still t into the theories mentioned previously. It

is very clear to me that the technology used at Montauk and

during the Philadelphia Experiment was a much cruder and

more risk-oriented endeavor than what David is doing.

Preston also stated that the researchers who studied the

Philadelphia Experiment determined that the sailors lost

their time references and lost their minds when they were

subjected to the electromagnetic bottle and that the solution

was to pump in a fake or virtual reality into the bottle so that

time travellers would not go crazy. This prospect, whethe

true or not, was the justication used for the mind-controtechnology that was developed. Thus far, we have heard

no indication that those subject to Davids technology have

had any need for a fake reality to be pumped into the self-

contained eld. The way he has approached the subject does

not seem to necessitate any need for mind control, but he does

state that we cannot separate time from human consciousness

and that observation of past times will affect reality. Security

is also an issue in these matters and that includes enforced

censorship and all that might come with it.

A sensitive point with all of these endeavors has been

the so-called boundary layer between one self-contained

eld and another. When it is unstable, dangerous radiationor radiation-like phenomena occurs that will literally scorch

or destroy whatever is in the boundary and not within the

bounds of the contained eld. Davids team has spent a lo

of time working on stabilizing the boundary issues, and it is

this prospect which suggests that there has been successful

adventures into the past and future.

As I studied all of this, it became evident to me that when

one is able to accelerate a self-contained eld, it will move

into the past. Further, that the greater the acceleration, the

further into the past the object will travel to. When we are

dealing with the aforementioned principles demonstrated inthe illustrations, the proverbial sky is the limit. Conversely

the greater the deceleration, the further into the future the

object will travel to. David conrmed to me that this is true

He also told me that the geophysical location of the time

reactor is a very important factor and that there is an area

in Transylvania which has evidence of what amounts to a

huge discharge of space-time motive force (the result of a

tapping of curved space-time). It is the largest evidence of

such a discharge on the planet and is located in Cioclovina

Cave. This, of course, suggests that this area which i

in the vicinity of the Golden Thrones as described in Radu

Cinamars The Secret Parchment is an area that was oris used for time travel. David and I found it a remarkable

oddity/synchronicity that I was in this very cave last Augus

14th. Several kilometers long, it is connected to at least seven

other caves and has the highest concentration of bat guano in

the world which has amalgamated with other minerals and

created a high concentration of exotic elements related to

the curving of space-time. All of this gives a much deepe

meaning to the experiences described in my book The White

Bat. I suggest you read it if you have not. n

MONTAUKANDSPACE-TIMEWhat you are reading is a specialedition of a quarterly newsletter that

is based upon an event known as the

Montauk Project which was a series of

experiments that took place at MontaukPoint at a semi-abandoned military

facility known as Camp Hero which

    featured a SAGE (Semi-Automatic

    Ground Environment) radar installation

once used as the rst line of defense

by the U.S. military. While the precise

events of what happened at Camp Hero

during the 1970s and early 1980s is

    classied and unknown, several people

came forward with stories of bizarre

experiments that have been described as

the most secretive and amazing research

    project in recorded history.

    This began with the classified

    Philadelphia Experiment of 1943 where

    invisibility experiments were conducted

aboard the USS Eldridgethat resulted in

full scale teleportation of the ship and

crew but had disastrous effects on the

mental and physical states of the indi-

    viduals involved. A massive research

project began to study the human psyche

and how it interfaced with distortions inthe space-time continuum. This includ-

ed computer integration with the human

mind and radio frequency technology as

well as amplifying human emotions and

transmitting the frequencies of such so

as to affect the moods of populations.

Some of the most ambitious aspects

of the Montauk Project sought to tap

the powers of creation itself. The most

colorful of these endeavors included the

    manipulation of time.

Most of what we know about the

Montauk Project comes from the ex-

    periences and investigations of Preston

Nichols, a scientist who was involved in

the experiments. By the very nature of

what was done and the effort to cover

it up, it has been hard to verify many of

the various claims. There is, however,

    enough circumstance and documenta-

tion to declare that the Montauk Project

did exist in some for or another. It has

earned the status of an urban legend that

    will not go away.

Peter Moon served as the ghost

writer and publisher of these stories ina book entitled The Montauk Project:

Experiments in Time. His efforts to

verify the Montauk Project has resulted

in a series of many books which he has

published with Sky Books. He has is-

sued a quarterly newsletter since 1993,

The Montauk Pulse, which has contin-

ued to investigate this subject and the

many additional threads it has led to.

Dr. David Anderson met Peter in

1999 when he was living on Long Is-

land and was researching time control

under the auspices of The Time Travel

Research Center. The two have been

friends ever since and David arranged

for Peter to visit Romania in 2008 where

    Peter has investigated and published

    accounts of other space-time projects.

    This includes The Transylvania Series

which tell the story of a Romanian

    intelligence ofcers experience with

    various projects. Peters most recent

book, The White Bat, is a summary ofthese adventures and includes his own

    adventures in Transylvania.

    Most of Peters adventures center

    around his experiences with synchron-

icity, a phenomena he began to encoun-

ter as soon as he investigated various

    threads of the Montauk Project.

In recent times, Peter has taken a

particular interest in breaking down the

work of Dr. Anderson in order to put it

into simple times so that humanity can

better understand the benets and pre-dicaments of time travel technology. If

Mankind is better educated, it can take

    full advantage of these circumstances

and also defend itself against the hazards.
