OF REAL ESTATE INTO A TOOL FOR SOCIAL CHANGE
TRANSFORMATION
We are low-profit limited liability companies (L3C), which is a social enterprise venture that has a stated goal
of performing a socially beneficial purpose that supersedes maximizing profits.
Stabilize underdeveloped communities and stimulate
economic growth by collectively organizing entrepreneurs and
business owners to restore commercial and retail corridors.
4
MISSIONS & OBJECTIVES
Stabilize underdeveloped communities through the
restoration of blighted properties.
Established to help relieve the disparities of capital access that
minority and small businesses experience. Our platform is an
incubator for entrepreneurs and small business owners to
leverage the power of real estate and aid in the development
of their businesses by enhancing their operations, marketing,
and branding strategies.
We leverage human capital -- physical and intellectual labor -- as a
tool for investment in real estate. We provide all individuals of any
skill level or any sector with the opportunity to invest in real estate
by transforming their labor hours into equitable shares. The share
structure that we utilize not only allows the organization to rapidly
enrich our society with desirable housing, but also to extend
socioeconomic gains to our shareholders and stakeholders.
Identifies small businesses and entrepreneurs and accelerates
their growth not only through the development of real estate,
but also infusing them with expert marketing, branding,
operations and strategy consulting.
5
GOVERNANCE & OPERATIONS
Recruits, trains and develops community residents to work
alongside licensed tradespeople, architects, engineers,
lawyers, photographers, etc. in a manner that merges
apprentice, investment and career development into a single
entity.
A Board of Directors will be selected for each entity. Both boards will have a makeup of E.G. Woode & Hanns
& Erving members respectively, community and institutional leaders, professionals from real estate,
