Summer Camp 2018 Descriptions June 25th-June 29 th …Disney Descendants……Ages 6-9 A long time ago the fairytale villains were sent to live on the Isle of the Lost. Now, their descendants have the chance to prove that they are not evil—by returning to the kingdom of Auradon and going to school with the fairytale princes and princesses. Can they prove they’re good—or are they doomed to being evil? June 25th-July 6 th …….Harry Potter (2 week camp) …..Ages 8-10 Enter the exciting magical world of Hogwarts! Join the children of Harry, Ron, and Hermione as they navigate the hallowed halls! Spell creations, magic wands, and more! Students will explore meet all the children of their favorite characters as well as some of the original characters. Are the old grudges between house still being felt? Who is better at quidditch? Which house will win the house cup? Plus who doesn’t love learning magical dances and wand combat?! July 2 nd & 3 rd /July 5 th & 6 th - Pokemon…..Ages 6-9 Gotta catch them all? Love bonding with your Pokemon? Ever wanted to dance like Pikachu? Well this camp is for you. We will explore the magical lands where Pokemon roam. Learn how to move and even sing like them and your journey to be a Pokemon master! July 9th-July 13 th ………The Frog Prince……Ages 5-7 Have you ever wondered what happens in a fairytale after it ends? The Frog Prince Continued is just that. What happens to the frog after he has been turned into a prince and lives "happily ever after". He ponders if his life was better off when he was a frog, and he meets several characters on his quest to find out. This show will feature music by The Beatles including "Help", and "All You Need is Love

Summer Camp 2018 Descriptions

July 9th-July 27th ……..Guys and Dolls (3 Week Summer Intensive)……Ages 10-15Set in New York City, Guys and Dolls JR. follows gambler, Nathan Detroit, as he tries to find the cash to set up the biggest crap game in town while the authorities breathe down his neck; meanwhile, his girlfriend and nightclub performer, Adelaide, laments that they've been engaged for fourteen years without ever getting married. Nathan turns to fellow gambler, Sky Masterson, for the dough, but Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary, Sarah Brown. Guys and Dolls JR. takes us from the heart of Times Square to the

cafes of Havana, but everyone eventually ends up right where they belong.

July 16th-July 20th…Lion King…..Ages 5-9 A young lion prince is cast out of his pride by his cruel uncle, who claims he killed his father. While the uncle rules with an iron paw, the prince grows up beyond the Savannah, living by a philosophy: No worries for the rest of your days. But when his past comes to haunt him, the young prince must decide his fate: Will he remain an outcast or face his demons and become what he needs to be?

July 23rd-July 27th ..Sleeping Beauty…Ages 5-9

It's Princess Aurora's sixteenth birthday, and three fairies – Flora, Fauna and Merryweather – must use their magic to save her from the spell of the evil sorceress, Maleficent! The fairies ensure that Aurora only falls into a deep sleep that can be ended with a kiss from her betrothed, Prince Phillip. To prevent Phillip from rescuing Aurora, Maleficent kidnaps and imprisons him. The good fairies are the last hope to free Phillip so that he can awaken Aurora.

July 30th –Aug. 3rd ……Hamilton Ages 9-12 Hamilton is the story of the unlikely Founding Father determined to make his mark on the new nation as hungry and ambitious as he is. From orphan to Washington's right-hand man, rebel to war hero, a loving husband caught in the country's first scandal, to the Treasury head who made an untrusting world believe in the American economy. July 30th –Aug. 3rd ~ Seussical~Ages 5-8 Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat, our narrator, tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos, including Jojo, a Who child, who gets in trouble for thinking too many "thinks." Horton's challenge is twofold – not only must he

protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, but he must also guard an abandoned egg that's been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!

Aug. 6th –Aug. 10th ~ Preschool AM & PM Camp:Moana……Ages 3-5 Have your preschool child join us for a fun theatre camp that explores many different acting and creative thinking games. Students will sing, and dance to songs from the popular Disney movie, Moana. At the end of the week, your child will be performing a selection of songs/dances & a scene from our version of Moana. This camp is a great way to introduce your preschooler to the world of theatre!

Aug. 13th –Aug. 17th ……..Superheroes…….Ages 5-8Would your child love to save the day? Would they love to save the day everyday of the week? This week they can! This original show is action-packed and not to mention...filled with the most diabolical super-villains ever! This is not a drill! We need your child's super powers to save the world from total destruction. They are our only hope!

Aug. 13th –Aug. 24th ……Aladdin (Two Week Camp)…….Ages 6-10 When the street urchin, Aladdin, vies for the attention of the beautiful princess, Jasmine, he uses a genie's magic power to become a prince in order to marry her.  Iago, Jafar, the Genie and more are here in Disney’s Aladdin KIDS, a musical adventure filled with magic, mayhem and the power of love. Come sing and dance to the popular songs from the movie!

Aug. 20th –Aug. 24th …..Shrek……..Ages 9-13 In a faraway kingdom, the green ogre Shrek finds his swamp invaded by banished fairytale misfits, runaways who've been cast off by Lord Farquaad, a tiny terror with big ambitions. When Shrek sets off with a wise-cracking donkey to confront Farquaad, he's handed a task - if he rescues feisty Princess Fiona from the Dragon-guarded tower, his swamp will be returned to him. But, a fairy tale wouldn't be complete without unexpected twists and turns along the way.

Aug. 27th –Aug. 31st …………Star Wars……….Ages 5-9 Come join an epic quest that features all of your favorite Star Wars characters in an original story written by Seattle's Performers students. Yoda is trapped at the top of the Space Needle, and needs the help of Luke Skywalker, R2-D2, Chewy, Princess Leia, and C3PO. Of course Darth Vadar, Boba Fett , and the Storm Toopers will try to stop this rescue. This show will feature the music from the Star Wars movies by John

Williams, complete with a light saber (flashlight) battle.Aug. 27th -Aug. 31st ……..Wizard of Oz……Ages 5-9 When a tornado rips through Kansas, Dorothy and her dog, Toto, are whisked away in their house to the magical land of Oz. They follow the Yellow Brick Road toward the Emerald City to meet the Wizard, where they meet a Scarecrow that needs a brain, a Tin Man missing a heart, and a Cowardly Lion who wants courage. The wizard asks the group to bring him the broom of the Wicked Witch of the West to earn his help.
