HOW TO ENTER• The Summer Dash is a perfect team-building exercise, so get as many runners as you can to take part and get sponsored

• Once you have your running team apply online, listing your runners in the relevant age category with a £5 per runner registration

• To ensure your group get their race numbers in time the closing date for registration is June 6th

Just because the players are taking a well-earned rest in the Close Season doesn’t mean we have to… Now in its 3rd year, the annual Summer Dash allows runners to raise money for the club or school of their choice.

Footy teams, Dance troops, Swimming clubs, Scout groups or Schools funds, it doesn’t matter who you run for, just pay a £5 enrolment and you decide where your sponsorship money goes. Let’s get busy this summer by supporting our grassroots clubs and local schools.
