Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A SUN CLUB CARD? A: The Sun Club card is available at the Sun Club window on our casino floor, open 24 hours a day. Or, ask for help from one of our friendly team members in the Pit or on the Slot Floor.

Q: WHAT ARE THE TIER LEVELS AND HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EARN THEM? A: Our HOT tier is 0-2,500 base points, SIZZLE is 2,501-25,000 base points, and BLAZE is 25,001+ base points. Our INFERNO card is by invitation only, and our SALUTE card is open to all active/retired military, veterans and first responders with a valid ID. You have the calendar year to earn your tier level.

Q: HOW DO I EARN MY TIER LEVEL? A: Earn your tier level by accumulating base points when you use your Sun Club card every time you play slots, video poker and table games. Every $1 bet = 1 base point on slot machines and video poker machines. If you play table games, earn your tier level based on length of play, average bet and type of game. Points earned for non-gaming spend do not count towards tier levels.

Q: HOW LONG IS MY TIER LEVEL VALID? A: Once you reach a new tier level, you are immediately upgraded. Even better: you’ll maintain that tier level for the current year.

Q: HOW DO I BECOME AN INFERNO CARD HOLDER? A: Our INFERNO tier is our most exclusive tier, reserved for our most loyal customers. Casino management will evaluate players and personally award the INFERNO card to qualified players.

Q: HOW DO I EARN POINTS?A: Every $1 bet = 1 point on slot machines and video poker machines. You’ll also earn points for restaurant and bar purchases: $1 spent = 5 points! Please note that non-gaming points may take up to 24 hours to be awarded on your Sun Club card account. When you play table games, you’ll earn points based on average bet x hours played.

Q: WHAT ARE MY POINTS WORTH, AND HOW DO I REDEEM THEM? A: Every 400 points = $1 redeemable for free slot play, food, SPOKO Fuel purchases or cash back.

Q: IF I REDEEM MY POINTS, WILL MY TIER LEVEL BE AFFECTED?A: Not at all! Your tier level score is accumulated via base points over the course of the calendar year. Tier levels only reset at the beginning of the year.

Q: HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINT BALANCE? A: Check your point balance in any slot machine reader or one of our Sun Club kiosks on the gaming floor. A team member at the Sun Club window can also help you with account balances, questions and concerns.

Q: IS MY SUN CLUB CARD VALID AT CHEWELAH AND TWO RIVERS CASINOS? A: Not yet…but we’re working on it! We hope to have one card for all three Spokane Tribe casinos by summer of 2018.

Q: WHAT ARE VIRTUAL DRAWINGS? A: Virtual Drawings are the most convenient way to

participate in Spokane Tribe Casino’s promotional drawings. No need to wait in line, print tickets and drop them in a drum! Our state-of-the-art system tracks your drawing entries and lets you “activate”

them. Because we don’t have to print tickets, we can give you MORE entries for your play…which equals

Q: HOW DO I REDEEM MY SPOKO FUEL DISCOUNT? A: As a Sun Club member, you get a discount of 10 cents per gallon up to 25 gallons per day! To receive this discount, visit a Sun Club kiosk on the gaming floor and print a discount voucher. Then present the discount voucher to the SPOKO Fuel attendant, along with your Sun Club card and photo identification.

Q: HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR SPOKO FUEL? A: You can also redeem your points for SPOKO fuel. Visit a Sun Club kiosk to redeem your Sun Club points for a fuel voucher. Present the voucher to the SPOKO Fuel attendant, along with your Sun Club card and photo identification.
