WELCOME

The new INVU™ ultra polarized lens guarantees an

unrivalled consumer experience. The extensive polarizing

lens technology know-how, combined with their Swiss

quality standards when it comes to product specifications,

performance and quality control, makes INVU™ ultra

polarized lenses a truly exceptional product.

The multi- layer construction of INVU™ ultra polarized

lenses make the lens virtually unbreakable. They can

therefore be safely used for all sports and outdoor

activities. The UV protection layer of the lens completely

blocks all UV rays up to 400 nanometers while allowing

useful l ight to pass through to the eye.

INVU™ ultra polarized lenses have a precision hard coat

layer that helps prevent scratching, thus allowing sunglass

wearers to enjoy their INVU™ sunglasses for a longer time.

INVU™ Rx PROGRAMME

A number of this season’s INVU™ sunglasses are available to

prescription. These are indicated with an icon next to the frame

and are broken down into the following two prescription ranges:

+ /- 6.00 sphere

with opposite cyls to 4.00

+ /-3.00 sphere

with opposite cyls to 3.00

The Rx lenses will be supplied in CR39, Resin 1.60 and 1.67,

Nupolar Polarized Single Vision, Grey/Brown/Green, 15% LTF

UV400, dependent on the nearest match to the dummy lens,

fitted into the plano sunglasses option. Additional coatings,

including mirror, are available (see supplementary price list).

A number of Active wrap frames can also be supplied

to Rx. These lenses incorporate 8 Base manufacturing

and MEI 5 axis glazing (see supplementary price list).

The ultra polarized filter is the heart of the INVU™ nine layer lens. This unique centre

layer selectively eliminates reflected glare. Thanks to the highly efficient polarizer and

its intelligent light management system the INVU™ ultra polarized lens delivers perfect,

glare-free, vision with exceptional contrasts and colour perception.

GLARE-FREE VISION THROUGH INVU™ ULTRA POLARIZED LENS TECHNOLOGY

The technology in the ultra polarizer and the colour

enhancement layers work hand- in-hand to give consumers

the best possible vision. The ultra polarizer removes the glare,

while the colour enhancement allows the true colours to come

through and enhances the contrast between colours.

• Visible light waves from the sun travel in all directions

• When sunlight reflects off a horizontal surface a large part

of this l ight can become polarized in the horizontal plane

and is experienced as white, disturbing glare

• Glare masks the overall scene and prevents us from

perceiving detail, colours and contrasts as we should.
