FORMS OF PAYMENT Super Shoes can accept several forms of payment, including payroll deduction, direct billing, cash, check, and charge – all during our visit. We also offer a donation program whereby Super Shoes donates a percentage of the show’s proceeds back to the hospital and/or nurses’ auxiliary.
