Note: training in Ketchikan begins March 28th• Where: NWN – Wherever training classes are held• What: This opportunity allows you to assist the credentialed trainers in the
classroom while your peers are being trained. You’ll learn the types of questions that are asked as well as tips and tricks for assisting. This is an integral part of becoming SUPER.

• Who: All Super Users• When: April 28th, or April 29th (8 Hour event) only need to attend 1 session• Where: Bellingham, 4 Point Sheraton Conference Center & KEMC location
and dates TBD.• What: During this one-day session you’ll receive inspiration as you get
ready to launch into go-live. You’ll also hear about all of the logistics you’ll need, and have workshops with our trainers and Informaticists to get any of the latest and greatest updates on your CareConnect applications and workflows.

Go Live Support
• Who: All Super Users• When: May 1st – May 27th (estimated)• Where: All Locations in NWN• What: The moment we’ve all been waiting for! Your adrenaline will be
pumping and everything will be abuzz. Super Users will support our Caregivers at-the-elbow for approximately four weeks. You’ll be scheduled for shifts according to your role.
