TEMPORARY HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday-Friday 6:00am - 8:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday CLOSED

REOPENING PHASE 1-WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Drafts that were frozen during our time of closure will automatically resume on members' regular draft dates

starting with the June 1st and June 15th drafts.

Towel service will no longer be available and will be discontinued indefinitely. Please bring your own towel(s). Locker rental will remain $10/month.

Access is open to Superior YMCA Members only. (Guest pass/day pass, or Nationwide visits are temporarily suspended)

A reservation will be required for all YMCA areas. This will be used for the rec pool, lap pool, track, Fitness Center, and gymnasium (non-motorized equipment). This reservation system will be live on our website

tomorrow. You can view the instructional video here: https://youtu.be/IgqsckX0Gg0. If you don’t have computer access, you may call our Member Services desk to schedule your reservation beginning June 1st. 715-392-5611.

Members will be asked to take a soap shower at home prior to using the pool

Members will be asked to temperature check at home prior to coming to the Y. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, we are asking that you remain fever free without fever reducing medicine for 72 hours before returning to the Y.

Masks will be recommended (not provided) for all members to use except while exercising or using pools.

Members may enter only through the Hill Avenue doors and will be required to answer screening questions.

Additional scheduled cleaning will occur in between reservations and increased throughout the day. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the building.

Social distancing and hand washing are recommended. Additional signage will be placed prominently throughout the facility.

If you are not ready to come back, you may place your membership on a freeze by filling out this form http://bit.ly/FreezeForm. While your membership is frozen, you may not utilize the YMCA facility or receive membership benefits. A minimum 5 day notice prior to your bank draft is required.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS

Family Time is Monday-Friday 6:00pm-8:00pm and all day Saturday.

Youth under 16 years old may use the facility during family hours and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the facility. Teen Fitness Pass holders are able to use the Fitness Center with an adult during family time.

The Boys and Girls locker rooms are reserved for childcare only Monday-Friday until 6:00pm and will be opened for family use Monday-Friday 6:00pm-8:00pm and all day Saturday.

Men’s and Women’s locker rooms are 16 and older (with minors accompanied by their adult). Men’s and Women’s showers will be closed.

Family Locker Room showers are available to members with pool reservations only. 15 minute limit. The saunas and hot tub will not be available.

Lobby furniture will be limited.

Drinking Fountains will only be available for filling water bottles. Please bring your own water bottle.

Checking out equipment will not be available (basketballs, wally ball, racquetball, etc)

Coffee will not be available.
