1 . . INTRODUCTION

2 Responding Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers' Institute, Inc., "SAAMI", filed a motion

3 to quash in San Francisco Superior Court, which came for hearing on October 22, 1999. On Novembe

4 18, 1999, the Court issued a ruling continuing Responding Party's motion to quash to allow Plaintiffs

5 to conduct discovery limited to jurisdiction the issue.

6 SAAMI produced discovery December 1, 1999 and supplementary discovery on January 3,

7 2000, January 25, 2000, and July 23, 2000. Counsel for plaintiff City and County of San Francisco

8 requested on July 20, 2000 that SAAMI's supplementary discovery already produced be outlined in a

9 formal discovery response identifying jurisdictional requests for use at the jurisdictional hearing with

10 respect to SAAMI's motion to quash.

11 Each supplemental response incorporates expressly by reference all prior responses, objections

12 and supplemental responses previously set forth in SAAMI's initial and subsequent responses. SAAM

13 reserves the right to change any and all responses should additional facts be ascertained.

22 reports to the Attorney General that tell what SAAMI did (S000078-87). Further documents relating 1

23 a Proposition 65 lawsuit based on failure to warn about the hazards oflead are irrelevant to
