installation evaluation and the supply of maintenance manuals and training materials in both English

and French for all product specified.

Shipping Addresses must contain a complete address with postal code, site contact

person name and phone number.

Orders must include department name, invoice address and contact, shipping address

and contact, GoCUID #, product code, upholstery code, quantity and SA net price.

Freight and Installation: Please contact your authorized Allseating dealer or Allseating Customer Service for

delivery and installation quote. Delivery and Installation must show as a separate line

item on the PO.

NOTE - Additional freight charges apply for fully assembled, blanket wrap, time and date appointment deliveries or special freight dock or curb side delivery requirements. Please

refer to the web site or contact customer service to determine additional freight charges.

Storage Charges: It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate any construction delays prior to

production and shipment of the product. Delays communicated once chairs are in

production or after ship date will incur storage charges.

Payment by Credit Card: Allseating accepts payment via Visa and Master Card. Please download the credit card

NSA Product Non Supply Arrangement Product (NSA) can be incorporated in individual Bid

Solicitations / Request for Bids and Resulting Contracts. NSA products can be added to

a requirement within the allowable percentage per category (30%). The products must be added to the category in which they are most closely related. The specifications must

be generic and the dimensions must include tolerances and ranges.

Added Product Details Added product details can be incorporated into the individual solicitations (RFB’s) and

resulting contracts. The added product details are applicable to pre-qualified product and must be within the scope of the specification. Examples such as design criteria and

specific product attributes, can be added to meet legitimate justifiable operational needs

as long as the added product detail is generic and does not name a specific product or

manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the User to justify any added product details to

an RFB. All justification information should be on file in order to defend any complaints

during the procurement.
