I hope this finds you well and you have enjoyed another triumphant season for Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Following the successful YCCC supporters pre season tour this year to Abu Dhabi we are now pleased to be able to offer a similar trip in March 2016.

This document contains all the information you will need on the package, including an outline itinerary along with details of the 4 star hotel on Yas Island Abu Dhabi, flights with Etihad Airways and the match tickets  / hospitality included.  For those of you that travelled with us this year you will be pleased to know that Martin Denyer has once again been assigned to look after your needs during the trip. Martin will see you on each day of the tour as well as escorting you to all the games, and will provide you with your entry passes to the grounds. 

In addition to the Champion County game against MCC, we are again welcoming the Yorkshire Vikings to play in the Emirates Airline Twenty20 day on Friday the 18th of March. This event will see Yorkshire’s stars go up against top quality T20 sides and players from both England and abroad.

Free Day 11.00 Complimentary bus tour of Abu Dhabi, to include Grand Mosque visit and tour of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix circuit. 19:30 Launch Dinner for MCC V Champion county game. Hosted by the Abu Dhabi Cricket Club and attended by both teams.

The Hospitality package has been put together to give you the best experience of travelling to the UAE to support Yorkshire CCC, and is exclusive to supporters booking on the official tour. This package includes:

• Reserved shaded seating at the Emirates Airline Twenty20 tournament day in Dubai on 18th of March. This will include a light lunch, as well as some soft and alcoholic drinks. There will also be access to a cash bar and additional food outlets on the day.

• An invitation to the exclusive launch function for the Champion County Match which will be attended by the players and coaches from both teams. It will be held at the Yas Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi on the evening before the first day of the match. Dinner and free-flowing soft and alcoholic drinks are included. This event is exclusive to supporters booking on the official tour and can only be accessed as part of this package.

• Entry to the Chairman’s box at the Sheikh Zayed International Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi on all 4 days of the MCC v Yorkshire CCC first class matches. The Chairman’s box has the best seats in the stadium, located directly behind the bowlers arm in the main stand close to the players seating area, and offers the option of sitting outside (in the shade) or watching from the comfort of an air-conditioned box. A light lunch will be served at 12.30 and a buffet meal before the close of play along with tea, coffee and soft drinks. A cash bar is also available. During the match supporters will be joined in the box by players the President of the MCC and Committee members.

The transport package, exclusive to supporters on the official tour, has been designed to make getting around Abu Dhabi as easy as possible for supporters during their trip to Abu Dhabi.The package includes UAE airport transfers as well as private bus transfer between Yas Island and the Cricket Stadium on match days. A representative from Sport Arabia Worldwide will also be present on the bus to provide assistance. Rotana Hotel, Yas Island is situated on Yas Island, which is just a 10 minute transfer from Abu Dhabi International airport, and a 20 minute transfer from the Zayed Cricket Stadium.
