Scholarship Policy

Purpose

The purpose of the policy is clarified that the students who has taken admission in the

institution has to get the educational benefit during the study.

The name of the scholarship is BPT (Balaram Panda Trust). The name of the

scholarship is named basing upon the founder of the GIFT, College.

The scholarship is provided by the college to the students since 2AL4 to till date.

Objective

The objective of the policy is the institute will help the students who are facing the

financial pr6blem during their technica! study.

As per the scholarship college is promoting the merit students to for the technical study,

as well as making less financial burden on the parents.

Policy Statement

1. As per the scholarship committee decision this

students who have secured 45o/o of marks in

parent's annual income is under the 2.5 lakhs.

2. The scholarship is applicable those students who are not availing any kind of

scholarship from Central Govt. as well as State Govt.

3. The scholarship is applicable those students who has taken admission through

centralized counseling after qualifying the J EE(M)/OJEE examination.

4. The scholarship is not applicable the students who has taken admission through

management quota or vacancy round

5. As per the committee the amount of the scholarship is fixed for different

courses. For B,Tech amount is Rs.16,000/- , for MBA Rs.23000/-,for MCA amount

is Rs.30,OOOI-, for Diploma the amount is Rs.15000/-, for M.Tech Rs.B000/-.

6. The student gets benefit of the scholarship throughout the course year.

7. After taken admission the students marks as well as the income certificate of the

parents is scrutinized by the scholarship committee and selected for getting the

same.

B. If a student is failed in the examination or not promoted to the next year then

the scholarship will not applicable.
