For superior light management systems such as compensation and polarizer films in Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) modules,
the essential performance attributes are to protect soft and sensitive optical surfaces from:
dents induced by random fisheyes and repeating surface defects
contamination with undesirable elements migrating from the adhered protection film
ForceField Pearl® provides the ideal adhering surface for the protection of soft and sensitive optical substrates. This premium grade surface protection film ensures that the customer’s optical substrate is well protected and leaves no dents or undesirable residue.
Tredegar’s customers have claimed better yields and faster throughputs using FF Pearl® film as an interleaf or protective
liner on their soft and sensitive optical substrates. FFPearl distinguishes itself from the competition by virtue of protrusion
-free surface and consistent adhesion for easy application and removal after the use. After Use, the film leaves no
undesirable residue or damage to the optical substrates.
