16-19 Commissioning 16-19 education and training from 1 April 2010. Funding provision for Learners with Learning Difficulties and

Disabilities from 2012/2013.

Adult Learning Local Authority “leadership……….to secure a broad range of

opportunities for people in local areas, working with local partners to reach out to more people”.

Development of local plan and priorities (from 2011). Role as commissioner. Role as provider.
