Sample pages of Environmental Procedures
• Make sure you are using the most current version of the Environmental Procedures Clauses
• Choose the clauses that apply to your project, remove extraneous clauses, check formatting and save
• Insert to body of Contract document or save as PDF and attach as an Appendix (with SOW, wage determination document etc.)
15
Practical Considerations
• Be thoroughly familiar with the Environmental Procedures• When problems come up:
– Review the Contract– Contact the appropriate person to report problems
(Environmental Program Group) per the Environmental Procedure clause
– Report to the Contracting Officer (if you are not the C.O.)– Interface with the Project Manager and COR
• Report project metrics as required
