Geena led us through many helpful stretches that felt great and suggested helpful tips for gardening safely. Although she had never worked in a garden, she did research and knew the bones, muscles, tendons involved in gardening movements. She answered our questions thoughtfully. Read about her background as a physician and junior Olympic experience on the Concierge Physical Therapy website. https://conciergephysicaltherapy.com/geena-terino/
