Grievance redressal mechanism at Swami Vivekanand Institute of Engineering and Technology underlines accountability and monitoring towards the customers (faculty, staff and students). A five member committee monitors and addresses the complaints /suggestions received from the stakeholders and appropriate action is taken by the committee. A complaint/suggestion box has been placed on the ground floor and second floor.
