Employee of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management National Research Institute (IMGW PIB) since 2003 and previous head of the Department of Water Management Systems at IMGW PIB. Now. He deals with water management issues based on the principles of Integrated Water Resources Management, combining hydrological, economical, organizational and social issues, which he emphasized and included in the habilitation dissertation.
