The desktop application is used by Dispatchers to create Jobs with tasks, optimize job itineraries and dispatch them to available drivers. This is the control station for tracking, monitoring and reporting. All data are stored securely on a cloud. There is no need to install anything. All you need is a web browser and online connection.

Android application for drivers and field workers

The mobile application is used by drivers to receive jobs, navigate and collect reports and communicate with the office. Thanks to GPS and an online connection, dispatchers can track their drivers’ positions and Job status online in real time.

Planning

Navigation

After the driver accepts the job, he can get navigated to the job location simply by tapping the navigation icon. A unique navigation sidebar allows the driver to see all the important information about the job within the navigation screen.

Tracking and monitoring

Using Sygic FleetWork allows dispatchers to collect information about drivers’ positions, their performance and their behavior in real time. All is visible on an interactive online map and from series of useful reports like travel history, working hours or speeding reports that can be exported into .csv file format.
