ELECTRICAL SERVICES


Rewind and repair electric motor.

1.Disassemble motor, draw out rotor and bearings.

2.Strip off existing stator coils and clean with hot water.

3.Re-insulation core slots with nomex insulation paper.

4.Rewind stator coils as per original specification.5.Hot dip in varnish and bake in oven.

6.Conduct core test & repair stator core.

7.Supply & renew bearings.

8.Assemble motor to original specification and paint externally.

9.Carry out standard test.
