The History

Established as Abzan Construction Private Limited in the year 1992, under

The Companies Act 1956. Zagson Engineering Limited is constituted as a sister

concern of Abzan Construction Private Limited in the year 2010.

This company is currently being developed by Mr. M. T. Kaifi, Mr. M. T. Saifi &

Mr. D. N. Prasad, who have rich experience in their relevant industries through

different organizations at senior positions.

Mr. Prasad is a professionally qualified engineer of 1974. He has served the MP State Electricity Board till his retirement as Chairman in 2007.He has thorough expertise of power sector from concept to commissioning including operations. He has earned various distinctions including National Award for his tenure of services. He has many contacts with various national/ multinational power companies & OEMs.

Mr. Saifi is a professionally qualified engineer of 1979. He has hands on specialization & loads of accomplishments to his credit in Project Management of Mega - construction projects of various industries largely Power, Petrochemical & Infrastructure sectors.In over 30 years of service, he has served companies like L&T, UB Engineering & ETA (UAE). During his tenure of service, he enjoyed a rich rapport and received several appreciations from employers/ clients & principals he was associated with.

Mr. Kaifi is a professionally qualified engineer of 1984. He is one of the founder member of Zagson Engineering Limited which was initially established by him as Abzan Construction Private Limited in 1992, (after his initial employment) with his natural instinct to support livelihood for common people.He holds various key posts with many social organizations to satisfy his passion & basic instinct. A silent character with great courage & conviction.
