Stolle Machinery is pleased to offer customers a better way to maintain tab feeder units on our EOE conversion systems. The all-in-one Tab Feed Maintenance Kit not only organizes everything you need to perform routine maintenance or adjustments on your tab feeder equipment, but also ensures you won’t be caught missing any important tools or parts that would slow the work process.

This unique mobile unit has shadowed drawers that automatically organize and catalogue the essential elements necessary for repairs. Stolle manual drawings, parts lists and procedure instructions are clearly printed on the top of the kit for fast reference. Essential tools and parts are included with the Stolle Tab Feed Maintenance Kit, while other common inventory components are loaded from your existing stock when the kit arrives. Beyond reducing repair times, this rolling kit also simplifies inventory, reordering, and training.

Benefits:

• Incremental adjustment spacer drawers – pre-ground spacers for any thickness – no grinding spacers or adding shims for ideal clearances.

• Mini assemblies for specific areas – These mini assemblies make quick replacements fast, no changing out bearings or parts in a small assembly - just replace the exisiting unit with the pre- assembled fresh unit from the kit.

• Maintain parts drawers – the maintain parts are kitted, no wasted time going to the store room for replacements.

• Helps manage feeder assembly parts inventory – parts taken from the feeder kit generate a visual note to reorder.

• Portable - can be used for one or multiple press lines. Simply roll maintain box up to system and you’re ready to work.

• Kit features side electrical outlets for power hookups to supply repair equipment.

• All tools required for maintenance/adjusting are in organized shadowed drawers, no looking around the plant for the right tool.

• Easier training of new mechanics – the box features drawings and procedures ready for anyone to use.
