A Kemon In-Salon Coach is a member of your staff that is intended to be utilized as an ambassador between the brand and the salon. The advantages of having a member of your staff participate in the Coaching Program are plentiful. You have an in-salon expert that can train new employees at your salon, they will be informed when a new product is launched or technolgies are enhanced in our current lines, they will receive all the latest information to disseminate to all your staff. In addition they will be invited to the Collection, Formulation and Trend classes and return to your salon armed with the knowledge and working information. Utilizing your In-Salon Coach is an essential part of supporting your staff and salon. It will allow for more frequent trainings and keep your entire staff up to date on the latest trends and technical aspects of our color and retail lines.
