2) Visual I2C & LPT Driver Installation

1) Extract a Zip file 3) Verification (Start>Programs>Micronas>Visual I2C or LptDrv)

4) LPT delay setting (File>Preferences>LPT preferences..)

5) Exchange the bootloader.bat file

▶ Double click the Red area.

▶ Double click the Red area.

▶ Select the “bootloader.bat” file ( install>VCTP_download>bootloader)▶ Push “OK”

▶ Finish the program, after saving the file “download_cs.vi2c”(if you click , the massage appears automatically)

-.Purpose: This is for downloading the s/w to the flash memory of the vctp(IC500)

-.Equipment

IC name and circuit number : VCTp and IC500

Use voltage : 3.3V (5 pin)

SCL : 15 pin

SDA : 12 pin

Tact time : about 1min and 20seconds

2. S/W Program Download – Method #3(Set)

If you don’t push the “go”, the Hex file would not be downloaded although the download proceeds normally at first glance

Double click the blue box and confirm “Bootloader Version” as 42. Click the “Erase Flash” button

1) Before the download process, memorize the W/B value (If the W/B value is changed, key the original value, after finishing the download)

2) Keep the process, or the SET might raise a fatal error(1) Before connect the D-sub cable, the SET should be a slave mode(2) After finish the download, take the power cord off first. then remove the D-sub cable

3) Push the “Go” button(1) If you don’t do this, the Hex file wouldn’t be downloaded. Although the download proceeds normally at first glance

4) the Bootloader number is a correct letter 40(1) If the numbers are italic type 0, 40, or a correct letter 0, check and repeat the download process

5) It take the time 30~40s to download the Hex file(1) If the time in 5s, check the bootloader number 40 or not.

6) After finishing the download, Check the S/W version PP61A/LP61AVersion 3.xxPanel Used 15 Hr.

-. Adjustment method1) Va adjustment

After receiving 100% Full White Pattern, HEAT RUN.Connect + terminal of D. M..M. to Va pin of P812, connect –terminal to GND pin of P812.After turning VR901,voltage of D.M.M adjustment as same as Va voltage which on label of panel right/top(deviation; ±0.5V)
