Quotes Paladin Caseworks is happy to quote library furniture built to custom requirements. For assistance in quoting any project please contact Dave Dettloff Phone: 847.729.8754 Fax: 847.729.8753 Email: [email protected] Terms of Sale To those distributors with approved credit, all invoices will be due 1% 10, Net 30 days, F.O.B. Shipping Point. All other accounts will be Net Cash before shipment. Distributors must be established with net 30 terms prior to participating in any local, state or federal cooperative bid. Changes to Orders Changes to orders already acknowledged are subject to a fee covering the cost of making the requested change, with a minimum charge of $65.00.

Cancellation of Orders All acknowledged orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled without written authorization from Paladin Caseworks. A cancellation fee will be calculated based upon cost incurred by Paladin Caseworks with a minimum charge of $65.00.

Return Authorization Paladin Caseworks will honor a 30 day return policy. All products returned must be free from defect and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $65.00. All freight charges will be borne by the buyer. All returns must have a Return Authorization number issued prior to the return of the product. Contact Paladin Caseworks Customer Service department at 574.233.8778 for return authorization. Paladin Caseworks cannot accept returns of any special or custom made products including special finishes and laminates (any laminate other then our standard wood grain laminates). After 30 days, goods can be returned only as provided for in Paladin Caseworks standard warranty.

Warranty Paladin Caseworks will provide a limited 12 year warranty on its manufactured wood library furniture. The warranty will provide to repair or replace any wood components at no cost due to poor workmanship or substandard quality, subject to normal wear and tear. All purchased parts and hardware components will be to the warranties extended by their individual manufacturers. Specifically excluded from warranty claims will be abusive or abnormal usage, water damage, or damage from solvents, products altered or modified by the user, or user’s attached accessories. Also excluded is any freight damage, concealed or otherwise, as this should be filed with respective carrier. Warranty does not extend to variations of wood grain patterns or color variations caused from wood properties.

Freight Damage and Shortages All freight damages on prepaid and add shipments must be reported to Paladin Caseworks within 15 days of delivery. All shortages must be reported to Paladin Caseworks within 30 days of delivery. Any freight damage or shortage reported after these dates will be at the expense of the dealer including but not limited to materials and freight charges.

Product Images There are three ways a dealer may obtain images of products by Paladin Caseworks for marketing purposes. 1.) Contact Paladin Caseworks for available images 2.) If image is not available, Paladin Caseworks will provide products at no charge, if dealer agrees to share the image for Paladin Caseworks’ use in and with other catalogs. 3.) If the dealer requires images unique to their catalog or other marketing materials, product can be purchased at a 30% discount and are liable for all freight charges. Product is not returnable and non refundable.

Paladin’s fine finished solid oak library shelving is sanded to a silky smooth finish using 150 grit sand paper. Panels are 1” thick, selected Solid Northern Red Oak. All units have adjustable shelves in 1 1/4” increments in 3/4” Solid Northern Red Oak. Paladin’s rich, deep, and lustrous wood stains are accomplished by our five step finishing process. Starting with hand sanding and completed with a top coat of clear catalyzed lacquer for an extremely hard and durable finish. As with all of the Paladin Caseworks products – Oxford shelving can be ordered with a custom stain and custom laminates to perfectly match your color scheme. Fully captured backs are included for a more finished look and added stability. Backs are a true ¼” red oak veneer MDF core finished to match shelving units. Backs for double sided units are finished on both sides. Single sided backs are finished on one side. All units 72 and 82” high include our unique H-brace made of oak veneer plywood. This H-brace is designed to eliminate bowing that may occur when temperature and humidity change. Our standard Oxford shelving is available in several depths and heights and can also be ordered in any custom size to fit your unique needs. Shelving units are carefully hand packaged for shipment. Assembly is required. For ease of assembly “Quick Assembly” instructions, with a parts list, is enclosed with each unit. All assembly hardware is USA standard size, no special tools are required.

The Oxford Circulation Desks is created with a unique blend of old world craftsmanship and modern engineering. This modular wood desk ships completely set-up like fine case goods utilizing traditional dowel and glued joints. All units can be mixed and matched to configure into a personalized circulation desk that supports your work style. Desks units, storage units and technical units are available in either elementary height (32”) or adult height (39”). Multiple storage options are also available to optimize your storage and organizational needs. All Oxford circulation desk tops and counters are 1 ¼” thick for extra rigidity. The .050 thick high pressure laminate top with balancing backer sheet eliminates warping. These continuous laminate tops and work surfaces are self-edged for a clean overall look. The 2 1/4” legs reinforced with a metal corner bracket secured into the apron and bolted through the plate and into the leg. Legs must be attached to table. Oxford tables have a 1 ¼” thick top that utilizes a .050 thick high pressure laminate with balancing backer sheet to eliminate warping. A ¾” x 1 ¼” northern grown solid oak edge band is hand applied and profiled. The unique edge band gives you the durability of an external edge without the void usually found between the HPL and hardwood. Paladin’s rich, deep, and lustrous wood stains are accomplished by our five step finishing process. Starting with hand sanding and completed with a coat of clear catalyzed lacquer for an extremely hard and durable finish. As with all of the Paladin Caseworks products – Oxford’s tables can be ordered with a custom stain and custom laminate to perfectly match your color scheme. Our standard Oxford tables are available in many shapes and heights but can also be ordered in any custom shape or size to fit your unique needs.

All units 72 and 82” high include our unique H-brace made of oak veneer plywood. This H-brace is designed to eliminate bowing that may occur when temperature and huchange.
