Julio César García Pérez has a long-standing love affair with Cat backhoe loaders. He began working with Caterpillar machines in 1989 and started his own business in 1997. He has been buying Cat backhoe loaders ever since.

“It seemed a more versatile machine for me, which worked in a lot more types of jobs,” he said. “At that time there were a lot of changes in construction, as well.

“Since 1997 I’ve had the 438C, 432D, 432E, and I just recently bought the 432F2… The important thing is to have a fully equipped machine because you‘ll always get much more performance out of it.

“There’s no more secrets between the Cat backhoe loader and I, we’re a close couple!” said Julio.

The Cat C3.6 engine meets EU Stage V emissions regulations. Although it uses up to 10% less fuel, it offers the same power and torque density. The aftertreatment system is completely maintenance-free.

Enjoy smooth and efficient gear shifting, on the go.

Simply twist the Power Shuttle Lever to shift gears. The lever is designed to be ergonomic, offering easy and comfortable gear shifts. There is no floor-mounted gear shift lever, so you have more room to work.

SEAT-MOUNTED CONTROLSChoose seat-mounted controls for maximum comfort and productivity.

Optional seat-mounted controls allow operators to work more precisely than ever before, with the least possible effort. You can choose to face the loader or the backhoe. Alternatively, you can sit offset between the two. With dual-mode you can face the loader and control the backhoe implements, and vice versa. By moving controls onto the seat, we’ve created more legroom, storage, and visibility out of the back.

Jakub’s company is based near Konin in central Poland and employs 50 people.

Together they work on projects including construction, demolition, agriculture and residential. They work outside in all weathers, and Jakub’s team are used to getting their feet wet – they frequently build sewage systems, water supply and rainwater networks.
