No. II(2)/EF/548/2014.—In exercise of the powers conferredunder Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882(Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Naduhereby declares the area within the boundaries of which arespecified in the Schedule below to be a reserve forest witheffect on and from the 16th March 2015.

North: -The boundary starting from the bi-junction pointof Revised Survey Nos. 354, 353 part of Nanjanadu Villageat a cutting point of 98.060 m. from the trijunction point of352, 354 and 353 part in field line measurement 120.80meter, the boundary runs southeast wards to a distance of34.00 m with surveyed hearing of 143.50° and meets at thebi-junction point of Survey field Nos.297 and 353 (part) ata cutting point of 35.60 m. from the trijunction of RevisedSurvey Nos. 357, 297 and 353 part in the field linemeasurement of 68.80 meters of Nanjanad Village.

East:- Thence, the boundary turns southwest wards alongthe northwest side of Revised Survey No.297 and meets thetrijunction point of Revised Survey Nos. 349, 297 and 353(part) of Nanjanad Village.

South:- Thence, the boundary runs west wards along thenorthern side of Revised Survey No.349 and meets thetri junction point of Revised Survey Nos.349, 352 and 353(part) of Nanjanadu village.

West:- Thence the boundary generally runs northeastwards along the southeast sides of Revised Survey Nos.352and 354 and meets at the starting point.

ADMITTED RIGHTS

An high power electrical line passes through this fieldfrom north side to south side from the bi-junction point ofRevised Survey Nos.352 and 353 (part) is allowed.

No.II(2)/HWMP/550/2014.—The Governor of Tamil Naduhaving been satisfied that the lands in the schedule beloware required for Highways purpose of widening andstrengthening from two lane to four lane of Mount -Madipakkam Road at KM 0/0 - 2/0 and 1/6 – 8/6 of AlandurTown, Adambakkam Village, Ward – E, Block – 16 and ithaving already been decided that the entire amount ofcompensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out ofthe funds controlled and managed by the Division Engineer (H),Chennai Metropolitan Development Plan, Division-I, Guindy,Chennai – 32 and after having considered the cause shownby the owner or other person having interest in the saidland, as the case may be, do hereby publish the followingnotice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil NaduHighways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
