Tanja Milutinovic received her BFA from School of Philology and Arts in University of Kragujevac, Serbia specializing in
graphic design. Currently she is pursuing her MFA in Textile Deign at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Tanja has participated in many solo and group exhibitions worldwide. She is constantly inspired by shapes and colors,
which surround us in everyday life.
Chelle Quye received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2007 with a major in Fashion Design
and minor in Art History. Currently, she is pursuing her MFA in Textile & Fashion Design at the Academy of Art
University in San Francisco. She is continually inspired by words and believes that color holds transformative power.
Bhavya Bachina is a graduate student at the School of Design and Engineering, Philadelphia University. She also has
an undergraduate degree in Fashion and Apparel Design from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), India.
Bhavya worked in the retail industry as a fashion designer and also as a costume designer for multiple Indian movies.
She is passionate about leveraging her print design skills in the fashion industry.
Natsuki is currently studying graphic design in Japan. His work was chosen for this award due to its complex
technical nature and innovative use of color within geometric patterns.
Saori Higa is Japanese and is interested in web-design and developing new media. She puts all of her energy
into her work now, with hopes to one day be able to live life at a leisurely pace in the countryside.
Chiaki was born in Ibaraki, Japan on June 16th 1990. She studies graphic design at the Vantan Design Institute.
Her bold use of color and large-scale organic shapes earned her a prize in this contest.
Mandy Shah is currently studying Lifestyle & Design at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, The
Netherlands. Her inspiration for Stylesight!s contest was drawn from the question, "to what extent do lines tell us
something about ourselves?! Heart-rate monitors and the rhythmic lines of doodles informed her prints. Memories and
impermanence
are constant themes in Mandy!s work.
Crissy Fila is currently studying for a BA in Lifestyle & Design at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.
Stylesight!s S/S 12 theme, Analogue, inspired her to make minimalist, graphic prints. Simplicity and minimalism
also characterize Crissy!s own style and ideas. Her work endeavors to show a variety of lines in an innovative
and modern way.
Iris Dontje is currently studying Lifestyle & Design at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam. Her print designs
for Stylesight were inspired by different means of communication and Spirograph. With her passion for graphic art she
hopes that she will succeed as a designer.
