TANN Philippines, Inc. (TPI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tann-Papier Gesellschaft m.b.H., was

incorporated in the Philippines on February 28, 2002 and started commercial operations on June 2,

2003. TPI is an international paper converting group that is engaged in the business of manufacturing,

printing and conversion of packaging and other materials.
