FESTIVALS

Festivals for Indie bands is very important and for indie

artists to help promote themselves and their music. Some

of the festivals include V Festival, Glastonbury and

Latitude.

TELEVISION

Television shows portray to possible consumers, the styles

and trends of certain genres and with the UK series of Skins

this is a prime example of the Indie style trend being shown

throughout all the series with the characters clothing,

music taste etc.

CLOTHING

Clothing with the typical indie pop looks are shown

through different shops but the 2 main shops that were

voted the most Indie-pop styled from my Facebook page

were Topshop and Urban Outfitters, which consist of

slightly vintage modern style clothing.
