III. Directions foruse:

Application surface:

Pattex Repair Exteme is suitable formany absorbent and non-absorbentsurfaces, except polyethylene,polystyrene, Teflon. Allcombinations of the recommended

surfaces are possible.

Surface preparation:

To ensure good adhesion, somemoisture is needed (from one of thesurfaces or from the air do not applywater to the substrate).

The surfaces must be sound andclean.

Remove contaminants, e.g. dust,grease, oil or rust with alcohol,acetone and/or sand-paper.

Check bonding strength betweencoverings and the substrate, removeloose varnishes.

Application:

Three different ways of using

1. Transparent bonding.

Apply Pattex Repair Extrem in a thinlayer to get a transparent film. Keepthe items pressed for approx.1 hour.

2. Fill gaps.

Apply Pattex Repair Extrem in athick layer to fill gaps up to 5mm max.Clamp the items together for 1 3hours and do not touch or move them.In 24 hours, 70% of the full adhesionstrength is achieved.

3. High initial grip.

Apply Pattex Repair Extreme onboth surfaces in thin and even layers.Leave for 4 9 minutes. Use as acontact adhesive. After PattexRepair Extreme become tacky, likepressure sensitive tape, gain theitems together immediately and pressfirmly. Fixation is not necessary inmany cases.

Further information:

After setting, Pattex Repair Extremecan be painted.

Pattex Repair Extremeshould not beused for sealing of glass that isexposed to both UV light andmoisture.

The product cures very fast in highhumidity.

Keep the nozzle and the cap of thetube clean.

Put the cap back on immediately afterapplying the glue. Twist the cap tightto avoid curing in the nozzle.

IV. Importantremarks:

Cleaning tools:

Clean tools with acetone or alcoholimmediately after use. Cured material

can only be removed mechanically.

Shelf life:

Up to 12 months in unopenedcontainer.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct

sunlight.

Removal of adhesive

remnants:

Fresh Pattex Repair Extremecan beeasily removed with a dry cloth.Uncured adhesive is removable withacetone or alcohol.

Note: Pattex Repair Extremecan notbe removed from clothing.

The cured adhesive is not soluble inany solvent and can only be removedmechanically with a suitable tool.

Precautionary measures:-Keep out of reach of children

-If skin contact occurs , removeimmediately and wash with soap andwater.
