at the Directorate of Agriculture, Haddo with

the phone no. 03192-243434. The KCC has

human resources to effectively manage queries

related to agriculture, veterinary and fisheries

raised by the farmers, instantly, in local

languages. It also has a toll free facility wherein

farmers can contact over the toll free no

1800-345-1145 to the Kisan Call Centre for any

query or information.

Making agriculture knowledge

available through Kisan Call CentresToll free no. 1800-345-1145 for agri related queries

On an average 20-30

calls are being received by

the Kisan Call Centre every

month with queries

pertaining mostly to

availability of inputs, pest

and diseases of crops,

information on

Departmental schemes,

subsidy patterns of

are replied on the same day

after obtaining answers

from the experts or farmers

are provided with the

specification mentioned above by the successful quotationers on as and when required basis.

In case the materials supplied are not of good quality as quoted, it has to be taken back by the

supplier and should have to make good within 5 days from the date of issue of notice by the

Department otherwise cost of removal shall be levied from the amount payable to the

successful quotationer.

8. The rate quoted by the vendor/Supplier will be inclusive of GST charges.

9. Stone aggregate/stone boulder will be measured in stack and paid after making deduction as given below:-

10. In case of any dispute arising due to short landing, quality, and delay on deliver of items

6. The firms those who are exempted from submission of EMD, relevant attested copies of certificates in support thereof must be attached, failing

which their offer will be rejected summarily at the time of opening.

7. Item shall have to be supplied in full quantity mentioned and in good quality as per the specification mentioned above by the successful

quotationers on as and when required basis. Along with test check report from the certified agency .In case the materials supplied are not of good

quality as quoted, it has to be taken back by the supplier and should have to make good within 5 days from the date of issue of notice by the

Department otherwise cost of removal shall be levied from the amount payable to the successful quotationer.

8. The rate quoted by the vendor/Supplier will be inclusive of GST charges. 9. Stone aggregate/stone boulder will be measured in stack and paid after making deduction as given below as per CPWD specification:-

10. In case of any dispute arising due to short landing, quality, and delay on deliver of items etc. will be referred to the Sole Arbitrator, District

(Deputy Commissioner) South Andaman, shall be final.

11. The quotationer shall also submit an undertaking to the effect that the rate quoted by them is applicable for both private and Govt.

12. The rate should be quoted both in words / figures and will be valid for one year from the date of acceptance of quotations.
