Get into the habit of thinking positively. Tell

yourself:

“You are the best”

“You can do it”

“You will achieve it”

*Lewis Hamilton did not win the F1 Race in 2014 thinking of failing!

*Be kind to yourself and to others

Always remind yourself of the nice things

you do for yourself and for others

Little things like saying “Thank you”

And “You are welcome”

Remind yourself that you are nice, you are

kind, you are helpful

*Affirm yourself Don't let negativity get in your way or

discourage you Let the pessimists motivate you into achieving

and becoming the BEST person you can possibly be

Repeat to yourself:
