INTRODUCTION
A teacher mentor is one who has the leadership abilities the strengths, and
qualifications to assist other teachers. A teacher mentor thinks outside the
classroom, take risks and is willing to share what he or she knows. A
teacher mentor is one who can develop skills that can lead other teachers
in refining practices.
This presentation will showcase my leadership abilities, my personal
strengths and qualifications that shows that I am an excellent, effective
teacher mentor and a leader.
MY STRENGTHS
These are my top five personal strengths determine by the
StrengthsFinder 2.0 evaluation by Tom Rath.

My strengths supports my leadership abilities to act as a teacher
mentor.

-I do not resent sudden request.
-I am very flexible and can still stay productive.

I make people feel happy and comfortable about their job and at the same time
get them to accomplish a task. This is favorable because it will lead to success.
This style balances my leadership style.
CONCLUSION
My strength and qualification shows that I am an effective teacher
mentor. My strength will help me to be;

-build effective communication
-productive
-plan objectively to meet the mentees needs.
