Reports are accessed from the TEAM tab under reports. This document with explain each
reports output as well as what data is needed to run the report. Sample reports will be included
for reference at the end of this document.
The reports module has been rewritten as a dynamic tree so that custom reports and new reports
can be added to TEAM. This allows new or repaired reports to be distributed in a much quicker
fashion. Also, allows the Home Office to create multiple reports of the same kind, but with
different criteria. This makes it easier to run a report because there are less selection options on
the forms. This helps to lessen confusion and makes it easier to remember what was run in case
the same report needs to be run again in the future.
To launch a report, select the report from the tree of reports and complete the form that is
prompted based on the report selected. Keep in mind it may take some time for the system to
gather all the data and show the report. The more data there is the more time it will take for the
report to show up.
TeamNet Reports consist of the following categories:

Corrective Work Orders Complete
Shows all completed work orders, does not include PM
