• Skill and expertise in the technology area of paper(s) being reviewed

• Objectivity

• Excellent grammar skills

• Willingness to help others

Time CommitmentTechnical Paper Reviewer

• Varies based on number of papers reviewed

• On average, 6-8 hours are required to read & review an 8-12 page manuscript
