THERMAL PERFORMANCE
The Master-Series nozzle offers a no compromise
heat profile. Proven in field results globally
across the most challenging applications, it is
by far the best in the industry.
The aggressive profile of the embedded heating
element delivers the most uniform heat from
flange to gate. These reliable elements use
20% less power than conventional hot runner
heaters. The result is a much larger processing
window.
The use of insulative materials in the flange
and gate seal plus conductive materials in the
gate area provide optimal thermal conditions for
the resin. Conductive Infusion Technology (CIC™)
optimizes the thermal distribution across the
nozzle and improves energy efficiency.
