Project Management Consulting Services

Planning

We establish open and specific lines of communication to gain an understanding of both the technical and soft skills required of a candidate. A recruiting strategy is then developed that details the steps involved to effectively and efficiently fill the position.

SourcingJSG executes the recruiting strategy, and a candidate pool is developed based on candidate requirements. Potential candidate skills are matched to existing customer requirements. The sourcing and screening of qualified candidates occurs by resume review, phone/Skype interviews, and in-person interviews.

IdentificationJSG assesses each candidate using our comprehensive corporate screening service. We begin the process by evaluating the candidate's technical ability, interpersonal skills, and reliability.

QualifyingJSG performs reference checks, background checks, drug/alcohol tests (when required), audit and storage tickets, safety documentation, and training records.

OnboardingJSG will take care of all of the statutory costs associated with employment including FICA, FUI, SUI, Medicare, worker's compensation, and insurance liability.

Verification and Training

JSG verifies all required documentation, training, operator qualifications, and safety records in place before mobilization. When pre-job training is required, we will coordinate.
