Couch to 5K
Couch to 5K is a running
program designed for beginner
runners to prepare themselves
for their first 5K. It can also be a
way for experienced runners
who may be out of conditioning
and want to get back to running
5k’s. With the help of our very
own Gail Lakatos, and local
runner and dietician, Jennifer
Clark, we will have you laced up
at the starting line of a 5K in
just eight weeks. This is a
progressive program that will
start out gradually walking and running and week by week you will walk less and run more. At the
end of these 8 weeks participants can take part in the Crop Run hosted on June 4th.
