congratulations to Cnd Pres Dilks Cncl Vic Pres Caligiuri and Ordinance CommitteeChairman Cncl Sebastian Cncl Bryson extended to all the residents of the township ahappyhealthy and prosperous New Year

expectationsthathavebeenraisedforourresidentsintermsofhowweweregoingtoliveunderthenew2capHenotedtheunemploymentratepublicizedatjustunder10understatestherealisticunemploymentinthisStatebecauseunemployedpeoplenolongerontheunemploymentrollsthatcannotgetajobarenotbeingcountedTheydiscountthefactthatthereistremendousunemploymentorunderemploymentofmiddleclasspeoplewhowereearning5000000ayearwerelaidoffforalongtimeandwoundupgoingtoworkfor800or900perhourbecausetherewasnoserviceindustryleftinthiscountryCnclDiLucianotedsomehowwedecidedtodoitcheaperinTaiwanKoreaChinaorwhereverlaborcouldbefoundcheaperthenhereHenotedincomehasdroppedinthisStatebecauseofunemploymentorunderemploymentcausingrevenuethatnormallywouldbeexpectedtoruntheStateisadverselyaffectedThatmoneyisnotthereanymoresothegovernorinhisattempttobeelectedpromisednottocutaidtotheschoolsnottocutaidtothemunicipalitiesnottotouchthehomesteadrebatesortherebatechecksforseniorcitizensandhepromisedthathewasgoingtofundthepensionWefindtodaythathehaskeptnoneofthosepromisesTheonethinghesaysheisgoingtokeepisacaponallofusat2andwhenyoucountthenumbersthatisvirtuallyimpossibleThethingsagovernorcouldcontroloratleastspeaktowouldbetheStateinsuranceunderwriterswhoarenotheldtothesamestandardHenotedwhenthemunicipalityaswellasitscitizensgettheirnewinsurancepremiumstheyarenormallyincreasedby56or10whichiswellabovetheinflationrateSeniorsweretoldtheinflationrateiszerobecausetheyreceivednoincreaseintheirincomeGaspriceshaveincreasedinthelastsixmonthsfrom230agallonto300agallonanditispredictedtogoupto400agallonThosesameexpensesareincurredbythemunicipalityintermsoffueltorunthevehiclesusedbythePoliceDepartmentPublicWorksandtheFireDepartmentThegovernorhasalsoblamedabiggerpartoftheproblemontheemployeesofmunicipalitiesandtheschooldistrictsCnclDiLucianotedhehadaproblemwiththewaythegovernorwasgoingtofixthatbymakingsurethatarbitratorscannotgiveabiggerincreasethan2irrespectiveofwhatthecostoflivingwouldbeatthetimeorwhattheconsumerpriceindexisHespokeofarbitrationoriginatingafterWorIdWarIItotaketheloadfromthecourtswhichweredealingwithalltypesofwagehourandworkingconditioncasesArbitrationwasthestandardthatwassupposedtobeanunbiasedpersonmakingrulingsNowwefind
