The Arborea Cymbal brand was created by the Jinshengyuan Musical instruments co., ltd in 2006. It is one of the few family-owned enterprises in China that is professional in producing copper percussion instruments. The factory was established by the present directors great-grandfather during the Guang Xu years in Dynasty Qing. Jinshengyuan Musical Instruments co. ltd is also the oldest copper percussion instrument manufacturer enterprise with the longest manufacturing process that been preserved to the present day for the last 40 years.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
All Arborea Cymbals are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from original date of purchase. K.Domaine Industries, Inc require that all cymbals for warranty replacement be returned for review. If upon investigation we find that the cymbal was defective from workmanship then we will issue a replacement once we receive the defective cymbal back. The cymbals must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. A cymbal will not be replaced if it has been dropped, played with excessive force or treated abusively, bought second hand or if more than 1 year has passed since the purchase of the cymbal.A damaged or cracked cymbal will only be replaced once per calendar year; meaning that if a single cymbals is cracked or damaged, it will be replaced free of charge granted that its deemed replaceable. If that same cymbal is damaged again within the same 12 month period, it will not be replaced and a new unit will have to be purchased if so desired by the client.
